If you are looking for a healthy alternative for lunch, Quiznos is one of your best options in the fort area. Located at One Parkade its like a 10min walk for the usual BGC offices. Technically it's just a sandwich joint you just eat and go.There are three sizes for the sandwich, SML. My friend and I shared the Chicken Pesto sandwich and it's really filling and we only spend about 125 pesos each. Really love that you can choose your own bread and they tell you how many calories is it in a sandwich. I hope they make make the place more homey, so people would like to hang out. I give a five star for the food but the place needs improvement.

I can't really say anything about the sandwiches as I only ordered chicken noodle soup when I went here, but my soup was definitely bland--like it was straight out of a can and just reheated, not to mention the serving size was pitiful. The ambiance was spacious but very empty and devoid of decoration, like you're just eating in a big soup kitchen. Minus points for not having a restroom either.

During the time I was working at Sunlife Building in BGC this is one of my favorite place for lunch. Knowing me as a bread lover, their food is perfect enough for me to eat. Love their Classic Italian and the Honey Mustard Chicken. I even tried their chocolate chips cookie and its good. I even invite my office mate to eat there with me one time and we enjoy their foods.
