I love everything we ordered from truffle pasta, steak salpicao to bread bowl. All dishes are properly seasoned and the servings are quite generous. It's bit pricey but all worth it. Will definitely visit again. Added to my fave list!

I just came to have a taste of their ube champorado and I wasn’t disappointed hahaha.. the fruit punch was also a blast.. ambiance is comforting. I requested a sit near the window and they gladly assist me.

I saw a photo of Providore's Italian Sausage & Beef Meatball Bucatini Pasta and it is the most delicious-looking spaghetti and meatballs that I have ever seen. Ultimately, it will have become the reason why I celebrated my birthday lunch in Providore.For starters, we had their Cast Iron Steak & Chili Fries and it was as loaded as they come. There were generous servings of the sour cream, steak bits, crema cheddar cheese, jalapeño, and even the fries itself. Our entrees were already served and yet we were still trying to finish the Cast Iron Steak & Chili Fries.My brother had their Country Fried Steak and it was HUGE. It was so big it could be shared by 3-4 people. Oh, and first refill of the gravy is free. Trust me, you'll need it because one isn't enough. On the other hand, my mother ordered their Seafood & Rice Skillet and she enjoyed it thoroughly. While I'm not a big fan of seafood, I did enjoy the rice because even just that was so tasty.Going back to the reason why we ate here anyway: the Italian Sausage & Beef Meatball Bucatini Pasta. The pasta was as delicious as it looked. Just the perfect sour taste of the tomato sauce to go with the firm noodles and juicy meatballs. Hands down, the best spaghetti and meatballs I have ever tasted so far.We ended the meal with a slice of their Ube Tres Leches cake and it was a perfect ending to a very deliciously satisfying birthday lunch.

I'm not sure if a lot of the reviews on here are fake but giving more than 2 stars is very generous for food that is just average. My daughter ordered the Taguig club and was the  only person that enjoyed her food from the 5 of us in the family. Hence the 2 stars. Service was awful and the girls were just standing around talking to each other. I hope management takes action on training the employees better because people spend their hard earned money on a good dining experience. If your standards are higher than the average person then you should save yourself from getting frustrated and just eat at Manam which is located above Providore.

Providore has a very nice ambience and delicious food. The Providore Salad was an instant hit. The pasta dishes were nice. Carbonara was very creamy that it kinda felt short of the pasta.

The service is so slow. It takes around 5 minutes to get their attention and the store isn’t full. Waited for 20 minutes for the bill and we followed up more than once but no one came. I had to go straight up to the counter to pay which took less than a minute for them to hand over the bill. They need to improve their customer service.

I ordered the Big Boy and it looks better than it actually tastes, unfortunately. The bacon was stiff and didn't taste good. The ube champorado tastes more like coconut than ube, but the combination of flavors, including the dried fish, made it delicious.
