Don’t be a victim of scam. False advertisement! Initially, they said everything was unlimited from the menu. There were no exceptions after I asked twice over the phone and personally. After ordering my meat, the server says I ordered too much and only 1 variety of meat is unlimited. Their promotion that I have attached doesn’t say so.. everything in their menu is beef, pork and chicken. If the staff didn’t say I ordered a lot, they would have charged me 899 + ala carte? I’d rate this a 0 if there was such rating in website!

It was my first time to eat at Namoo. The food was great and our group enjoyed their unlimited meat promo. Here are why I am still giving this restaurant a one. 1. The customer service was not very good. We need to repeatedly ask for side dishes and even if someone already acknowledged it, we need to follow up a few times. It was not busy and we can see the staff just chatting amongst themselves by the kitchen.2. They overcharged us. The meal was advertised for 799. This was even mentioned when the staff sat us to our table. This was explained and also they do not accept any PWD discount. When we got our receipt, we didn't do the math and just paid. When we left, we realised that we got overcharged by 100 pesos each. We went back and politely asked if they can recalculate our bill (lesson learned to always add up bill manually) 3. There's no ownership to the mistake. No apologies received after proving that they charged us 899 vs 799. He just said that this stuff happens then ushered us out without even saying thank you or sorry for the mistake.

As you can see, it clearly says, it’s unli 899 for dinner on weekdays. We called before going there, the person we talked to said everything is unli. As soon as we got there, we asked 2x, they said, everything is unli! While taking our order, probably got overwhelmed with our order. The server says, only 1 chicken, 1 pork and 1 beef is unli. False advertising!

Shittiest service for a Korean bbq. False advertisements on their unlimited barbecue. As seen on their ad, they offer a “variety of meat selection” but only offer one kind of chicken, pork and beef for the unlimited. Staff didn’t know about the promo too and informed us 3 times that all meat, including the rice is unlimited. Until later found out, we were ordering ala carte’s.... useless place, shut it down. I am ALSO BLOCKED BY THE INSTAGRAM OF NAMOO HOUSE

The aircon didnt work, the meat was horribly tough. I feel bad for the staff who did an excellent job with their service, but it was just a miserable dining experience for us...

Medyo late ang aking review. (Nung kumakain pa ako ng meat), we really loved this place. Yung interior design and ambiance personally nagustuhan ko. Na-try namin yung meal sets nila dahil group kaming kumain dito. :)

The food is good. The staff will do the grill for you and grill it to perfection. What impressed me is that the vegetables served are fresh and cleaned properly. Good ambience, its interior design looks comfortable to dine in, spaces between tables are reasonable so it won't make you feel crowded(my biased observation is that the dining spaces in Philippines are generally small and crowded).I gave a four stars review because the service was attentive and great at the beginning, but getting worse towards later part of my dining in this restaurant. Example, you have to ask for multiple times before getting your hot tea or water refilled, and it took a good 10 minutes in order to get your bill.

Ambiance is nice. The food is great. A bit pricey but I think it’s what you paid is what you get. Many variety to choose. Real korean dining experience.

Namoo House is one of my go-to Korean restaurants because the food - meat and sides - is good overall. I've had their Kurobuta Pork Belly, Pork Collar, Aged USDA Prime Ribeye and Striploin, Marinated Boneless Short Ribs, Woo Samgyup, Grilled Beef Bulgogi, Kimchi Stew, and Pajeon, and I've liked everything so far.If I were to pick my top order, it'd be Marinated Boneless Short Ribs (a must-try) with Kimchi Stew. The meat was packed with flavor and really goes well with the pineapple. And the Kimchi Stew paired with steamed white rice just completes the dining experience.
