Another New Location: There is a fresh Nadai Fujisoba at the basement of SM Aura. Brightly lit and perfectly decorated place. Similar to the High Street store, a large menus entices diners showing helpful priced items with good photos of food. Personnel are useful todescribe the laundry to prospective customers. Food: There are 2 forms of noodles the Soba (thin) and the Udon.(solid) The may also be 2 variants of the noodle meals either the chilly one with the dip or the hot one with soup. We tried the Aka Fuji Udon - Udon noodles in very hot soup topped with beef and natural egg, - 260 pesos Broth is merely bland and a little nice, not rich (the egg did small to enrich). Noodles offers great Soba texture. Ample meal. Ebi Mori Soba - Chilly Soba with the dipped and the shrimp tempura topping. - 260 pesos Poor meal. The ebi tempura has been just average in flavor and size. Just plenty of for the knowledge for Soba and Udon. You might like to considered having actual Japanese ramen. 10% Support charge applies. My children and I are usually eating inside BHS Fujisoba so 1 Sunday morning, we made a decision to visit the one inside SM Aura. You can find 10 folks, so imagine how insane and loud we have been. The moment we arrived, the receptionist informed usthat due to the dimension of our group we'd to wait for approximately 10-15 minutes (they're full). THEREFORE I guess ten minutes wait is not really so very bad at all because we furthermore requested to end up being seated in a single long table. After ten minutes our desk is ready. The employees were just about accommodating and incredibly helpful. They appear to be happy in what they're doing regardless of the chaos. The Supervisor came to our desk to check on us out...she made my mom laugh so difficult (we have been celebrating my mom's b-day). She actually is pretty awesome for a Supervisor..love her. We dine in Fujisoba in SM Aura after purchasing some groceries. My partner ordered the Oyakudon (poultry and egg and rice) and I experienced some soba. Mine is merely wonderful, the soba flavor like the exact same from Japan ( we had been therefor three years). But my wife's Oyakudon flavor "malansa"maybe due to the chicken pores and skin. She requested me to flavor it aswell, and it really was "malansa", so I educated our server. After 2-3 moments the Supervisor approached us. She questioned us once again what's our issue concerning the meals and we did show her. She visited the kitchen,then returned once again. She apologized and inquired us if she can provide anything, we just informed her to obtain the Oyakudon from our expenses, and she do. It had been kinda weird, however the bad experience converted into among our greatest experience with regards to service. The Supervisor made sure that people were ok,. A bit fresh in SM Aura meals court. I simply had ramen therefore i didn't attempt their Soba, but maybe the next time. Tried the Donburi, Pork Belly with Kimchi. Meal is just okay for the price tag on 169. Kimchi meal is as well smallfor my preference, however the spice is fantastic. Pork Belly slice is bacon lower. I discover the taste to become a little bit salty for my flavor bud. Nevertheless I'm interested to use the other dishes.

Wished to try their chilly soba but I believe I made a blunder when I purchased . It wasn’t the dish with another dipping sauce that I needed. The dish that I purchased was similar to a soup with the cool noodles , beefslices and a smooth boiled egg. The broth has been lukewarm but with the mix of the frosty noodles and the beef slices, the soup switched a little fatty and I did so not enjoy it just as much.

Nadai Fujisoba was a popular lunch place for me for a long time. And then they produced the mistake of altering its style from the sit back restaurant to an easy food invest a food court. By no means can it equate to itsformer self.

The crew in the restaurant mentioned that their finest seller may be the tempura, therefore i ordered for this. However, I would have that degree of expectation currently from other Japanese dining places that I have already been to. Great tempura however, not that genuine. But kudos tothe crew specifically the cashier, she very easily communicates with the clients as most of these that are ordering are foreigners.

Between us we tried three dishes and do not have an excellent word to state about some of them. Spicy beef soba contained several little thin slices of body fat riddled beef in the watery broth and was not tasty. The tempura prawns were inbatter that wasn’t crispy and had a strange white color - yuck! Are you aware that kariage, nicely the chef will need to have over ordered on the onions because that’s mostly what it had been with several small slivers of natural veggie thrown in.
