While the food is great, service and product info may be lacking. i ordred aglio olio while most aglio are spicy i did ask the server if its spicy as i plan to give to my child, she said its not. i have my doubts. As it turned out it is and my son wasn't able to eat it. Their promo was misleading too. While at the receiving area.. we were told that kids meal are free on weekends.. When seated we were told that there is a minimum spend of 2k. Again food is great but please be tansparent.

This place is awesome but The waitress name judie is out of her mind and it is not the first time. Where we when to get dessert since the food was so bad. When judie served our dishes, her thumb was dipped right into the sauce, very gross. Judie didn’t even know what she was serving us and called out the wrong dish name. Then as we were done and the plates had been cleared, she tried to serve us plates again. We told judie it was for the table next to us, we had already eaten (there were 3 busy tables at the restaurant FYI). She then came back and said she’d be back with menus, so we told her, again, we had already eaten. I am not sure how long they will survive, everything is terrible there...1/5 plss improve the restaurant!!!

As soon as i sat down I remember why i dont like this place. The food is meh and the service is bad. There so many other places around, don’t bother. Rude receptionist her name is judie i dont really like her shes always shout, pushy who leave you waiting. Bad bad bad i wont be back.. Overall a very disappointed restaurant!1/5

The bbq short ribs was so soft and the sauce was very good. They actually have a hefty serving! We ordered the herbed roasted chicken which was OK. The shrimp salad was so-so. I like their salad's sauce though. But it's no shrimp salad. I would recommend getting the banana split milkshake! Soooo goood! The crew was very accomodating especially that I had 2 kids and an infant with me. They gave the kids some crayons and paper to pass the time. Kids also eat for free if your bill reaches 1k and up.

The staff was really nice and I love love love their gourmet sausages and ribs!!! They were able to accommodate a great number of people with efficiency and class. I would love to come back!

We dined here expecting that we’ll be having a burst of flavors while eating their Iberico baby back ribs. Nah. We’re wrong. Ribs were slightly not seasoned well and kind of dry. Their pastas were good though. A bit disappointed because we tried dining here for ribs and not for pasta. Also, their rice was badly cooked. Their garlic bread was quite good as well. I am giving it 3 stars because of their excellent service and the server was very proactive. Too bad I didn’t get the server’s name.

We ordered their ribs sampler consisting of 3 of their signature ribs flavor ( you can choose which flavors you want but we had the peppercorn, original and hickory BBQ), different variants of grilled sausages, salad, corn and fries. I must say their ribs are really succulent and flavorful, falls off the ribs and tender. It was cooked perfectly. This sampler is quite pricey but you get what you paid for as the serving doesn't disappoint. We were all so full just by ordering this and we were 5 in the group.

Very poor service and servers are in a hurry to go home. No utensils...how will I eat??!? Not attentive to refilling drinks... 3 tables occupied with 5 servers roaming and standing...talking to each other.Food wise...it’s edible. Soft ribs though...

I'm not really into ribs but my sister convinced me that Morganfield's ribs are great. And she's right! We ordered half-slab of their peppercorn ribs and I loved the flavor. It's a bit spicy (peppercorn-spicy) but not the overwhelming type that would hurt your mouth. It's great! Best paired with Pilaf Rice or mashed potato to neutralize spice (i have a really weak tolerance to spicy food :D). We also ordered fish and chips, pork snitzel, and onion rings (these are huge pieces of onion rings).Most of all, the customer service is great. The server, Judie, is really nice and very attentive. We have a dog when we ate here and she even offered to look after our dog if we want to sit inside. We're used to outdoor seating whenever we bring our dog so we thanked her for the offer and just opted for the outdoor seats. I wish though that more restaurants are also this nice to pet-owners. The staff constantly make sure that we have what we need before we even ask for it. I rated this with 5-stars not only for the food but mostly for the customer service and for being pet-friendly.

The servers are very polite and attentive. You can share the half slab - big serving 😋 My daughter enjoyed the shrimp skewers. We ordered the jack daniels glazed ribs and the hickory one.
