We visited Mesa in SM Aura simply yesterday for my birthday celebration lunch out there with fam. I chose Mesa coz I has been craving for Lechon. It had been not our first-time there however they didnt possess Lechon back then therefore i was excitedto return back.We've ordered Baked scallops, giant crispy stuffed squid, poultry binakol, swahe on the rocks and crispy boneless hito which are guaranteed delicious, my moms and dads loved them too. We've furthermore ordered Ostrich salpicao that i didnt like coz my tastebuds couldnt find out if its lovely or salty, the meats is tender though, it's the flavor that I had problems with, not to talk about the quantity of oil inside it, it had been like over when compared to a. But what upset me probably the most had been their "crispchon"! I made a decision to order the 1/6 part convinced that it will be chopped faraway from a huge little bit of Lechon like how it really is when you obtain Lydia's but it had not been at all the situation. We had been all shocked if they offered the lechon, it had been a 1 / 2 of what appeared to be a freshly born pig. Advantage of the doubt, your skin was actually crispy nonetheless it it includes a funny odor and the consistency of the meats is weird. Just my boyfriend and myself dared to get a flavor of it. It had been a waste of cash to be completely sincere. Good thing we've only ordered probably the most affordable dimension on the menu. 😅
