If you’re living in the Philippines, I’m sure you’ve heard that McDonald’s has a new offering: the Mushroom Pepper Steak. Call it all you want as an imitation of Jollibee’s Burger Steak or an improved version of the latter’s offering. Know that we respect your thoughts since each of us is entitled to our own opinion.

McDonalds Forum.I live nearby so i've been to this place several times and i have NEVER been satisfied with their service. Each time - as in EACH time i go here - at any time of the day, whether they're fille with people or not, they always manage to mess up my order. So i went to this particular branch again this morning with my boyfriend, and what do you expect, after we gave our food preference to the cashier; wrong food orders were punched. There were so many people and we were hungry so we let that go. We took whatever the cashier chose to punch in the POS machine and we ate them.Then i decided to get pancakes cos that's what we initially ordered and we were craving for it (earlier, the casher punched in orders for sausage mcmuffin even if we didnt ask for it). So i went to the counter and i told the cashier i want pancakes and pls to make sure not to mess it up this time, at least for once, cos i've never experienced proper service from them. The cashier assured me and to quote her "make sure natin maam, na tama na yung order niyo". I checked the receipt - good, no mistakes there. And so my food was handed to me and i was about to leave when i noticed, no hash browns. I pointed that out and after letting out a "ay yung hash brown", turned her back to get the food then came back to hand it to me. No apologies, nothing. 🙄And so i don't think they will ever get it right. Ever. Never setting food on that branch again.

SERVICE: 3.5PRICE: 4TASTE:3AMBIANCE:4A Breakfast meal: garlic rice, chicken ala king fillet +egg + hasbrown and orange juice. Not bad for a 120php budget. Its just sad that the garlic rice was overpowered by the ala king sauce.

Before I start, I want to get this out in the open. Although I'm flattered that people suggested it, I'm not an endorser of McDonald's. I'm just what you would call a "Super Fan". I believe you need to have a certain level of popularity for McDonald's to get you as an endorser, and I don't think i'm anywhere near the required vicinity.

Went here due to one my friend was not satisfied with what we ate over dinner. So he ordered an off the menu burger and luckily this branch was able to cater his request. He ordered one of their secret burger which was a (4) four patty burger with cheese, tomato and lettuce on it.

Tried the garlic Parmesan spicy chicken sandwich. Severely lacking in crunch, which I like when eating this kind of sandwich. I think I’ll just get the original next time. Sandwich was also smaller than what I imagined. On the flip side the fries were straight from the fryer. Sarap.

Tried the matcha bits from McDonald's which is their specialty dessert for Christmas. It's splendidly goooood and the staff here were amazing as they are used to the pressure of having a lot of customers. The pepper steak is also delicious it's actually one of my favorites here in McDonald's.

Ambience:This branch was pretty lively, considering how loud it can easily get around The Forum's other lively and rockin' establishments nearby. If I haven't been to McDonald's that often lately, then I might've overlooked this:They have a digitized number system for pending orders!This was super since I didn't have to wait at the side of the counter, squishing myself next to the next person ordering after me. If all branches could have this set-up soon, that would be very, very super! I just stood at the back as if I was at the airport waiting for flight details to pop up on-screen.I tried their Milo McFlurry and it's sweeter than Oreo, which is probably a good thing.

Do you know that McDonald’s has SECRET MENU?! It’s a combination between beef and fillet-o-fish. We spent almost AN HOUR inside the car (we did drive thru) waiting for our order to come out. Guess that not many people ordering it and the staff not used to it as well. Are you curious about that menu? Google it! I won’t tell you because it won’t be secret anymore. Haha.. Taste? Worth to try and wait.

A new breakfast meal I am fond of is their Cheesy Omelette Rice Bowl. For Php 69.00 you get a rice meal, just right amount and coffee. Omelette has cheese and bacon bits with black pepper to spice it up. Price is reasonable. A go to meal for me when I skipped breakfast at home. :)
