Not to be trusted for delivery They often forget to put egg in my egg mcmuffin order. This happened 3 times already. Now. the delivery took more than 1 hour to arrive. They promised the delivery to arrive in 30 minutes but it arrived in 75 minutes - no notice at all. They promised to give 100 pesos GC for the late delivery but the rider did not have it. So we just deducted 100 pesos from our total bill.

We stop by at this McDonald's every school day before we go home. Even if the place is mostly crowded especially during eating times, the staff remained at their happiest state and never failed to serve the customers with a smile.

I don't expect much from fastfood chains as they are suppose to be a fast and convenient alternative for those who do not have the luxury of time for a well prepared meal, that's why I often shy away from fastfood unless necessary.To be fair, I'd normally rate them based on the basic expectations that food are served warm/hot and decent, with good service and sanitation. Sadly, my experience in this branch was not a good one. My partner gave a specific request (even repeated the request) to do away with the tartar sauce for her fillet-o-fish but they failed to carry on with the request. After calling out the error, the staff acted surprised, disinterested and had no sense of urgency inspite of knowing that we were pressed for time. Added to that, their branch was unkempt, really filthy 😡. This branch better shape up otherwise, patrons may start going elsewhere.
