Coming from my check up at St. Lukes, we had our dinner over here while we wait for my laboratory results. I can still remember that Mann Hann has the best famous yang chow so I decided to dine here.It was already late and I know we'd be expecting them to start closing anytime soon. So we ordered everything we can when we were asked. The yangchow riceSpicy crispy shrimpsWanton soupFirst they served us the soup. It was not what we expected. Probably because we were used to having them in fastfood chains. It has no noodles. It looks like sinigang because of the slices of radish. It also has mushrooms, a clear broth and there are some wonton dumpling hiding under the soup. Surprisingly, it tastes good. But when the cold crept in, you won't appreciate it anymore. Then came the yangchow and the shrimps. I was expecting a little different from the shrimp probably some reddish spicy sauce under the shrimps but no. It was different. The shrimps were battered to crispness. You can eat the shells and everything if you can and if you will but some parts are to remain uneaten. Okay? It is sharp and it is hard so don't force yourself to eat it however good the bareading tasted. Just don't.The yang chow, hmm, I began asking myself how it became so famous. It is obviously not that.. Great by the way.Overall, I am giving a three. I was not impressed at anything. Maybe the shrimp salvaged it even if it was not anything spicy. I still enjoyed it. Just overlook at the fact taht it says spocy on the menu. It came with fried chillis but the flavor didn't get to the shrimp. Unless we should have pressed or grinded it on the shrimp perhaps? Anyways. Yes. Maybe I was sick so I shouldn't have eaten here and gave a low rating.Again, the shrimps were good! That was why I gave three. 😁

Never thought I would love Mann Hann, thought it was just so so. To my surprise, they have the best Lechon Macau I have ever tasted...so far. Food is really good here!

Food as always is good. Our favorites include prawns with bacon, lumpiang shanghai and siomai for the kids. We also love their yang chow fried rice and iced tea.Today, however, hubby and I decided to try other menu items. I got the beef with broccoli flower rice and hubby opted for sweet and sour fish fillet. While they’re decent-tasting, I think we’re gonna revert to our usual orders. Place could use a little more cleaning and staff could be a tad friendlier.

We had lunch here with our team mates at work. We were surprised that this branch was actually quite clean and had bigger servings. What we ordered: spicy squid - it was a bit too tough for me and not spicy at alllechon macau - was really surprised that this had big serving but we expected more than the typicalmang tomas for saucebeef stew - this was nothing specialbeef hofan - pretty good and tasty but needs more beef slices tausi fish - again it was a nice texture for the fish but didn't taste the tausi pork spareribs - crispy but thats it broccoli and garlic - this we really enjoyed yang chao - we had a lot of orders of rice, the sad part is one of them had a hair in itcrispy noodles with mixed meat - loved the sauce and its even better when served separatelyAll in all, we ordered too much but service was consistent and ambiance was also nice.

I've been to Mann Hann several times and I quite appreciate the flavors and the taste of their dishes. The last visit though I wasn't sure what to make of it, it was a super sticky, slimy and heavy noodle. I think it's called Maki Mi. I did like the pork meat in it but I was completely drowned by the sauce. Me and my partner had to drain the sauce out of the bowl just so we could eat it. It was a weird noodle soup that one.
