Went here with a big group, 7 persons, and we had to wait:15 mins- to be called because there was a waiting line15 mins- for the tables to be ready40 mins- for the food, and then the crew still got two out of seven orders wrongDidn't like the ribs. I know I tried Mad Mark's a long time ago (three yrs ago?) and I forgot how their ribs tasted like. Probably because there was nothing special. Tried it again now and it was disappointing. I was mad all the time I dined here. "Mad" Mark's, perfectly suits the freakin name. The only food satisfying here was their oberload frites. Should have only ordered that.

You know how difficult it is to look for a value-for-money restaurant in BGC? Well, Mad Mark’s is one of the best options you got at Central Square!I love their fries, Johnnie Double Black Ribs (P265), and Creole Chicken (the secret’s in the sauce!).If you’re on a tight budget, I suggest you order from their “Daily Celebrations” list. The one I’ve tried is the Pork Chop Steak and it costs only P150! Of course, a visit to Mad Mark’s will not be complete without having dessert. I ordered a single scoop of Super Baked Madagascar to cap off my lunch!:)

This place was a great choice for us for Easter Sunday dinner with family. Affordable prices and good food. Their obearloaded fries, so so good! And their Johnnie Double Black Ribs - delicious, generous serving considering the price (a choice of 2 sides!). Will be back 😋#mmaieatsout

A casual lunch brought me to Mad Mark’s, I’ve always thought they just served Ice cream, a closer look revealed that they are more than a creamery. I ordered Creole Roasted Chicken for lunch and half baked Madagascar for dessert. I got my money’s worth in both orders. The creole chicken serving was very generous, the quality didn’t disappoint. It was tender, moist juicy and searing with Cajun spice goodness. The half baked Madagascar was a revelation, someone tell me what this thing is made off. It’s like a cross between cookies and cream, fudge brownie and salted caramel the combination of the 3 just scored a palate home run for me. Also, the dishes are priced reasonably which really marks the tick boxes of reason why you should consider dining here.

What’s ironic about this place is that it’s best known for their ice cream and desserts however, according to my experience, their meals were waaay more delish than their desserts. You can really get to eat quality meals for just an affordable price here at Mad Mark’s. For the Signature Steak, I could taste the wine from the steak sauce and that’s what I loved the most about this meal. (One free refill for their sauce so go easy on drenching your steak with steak sauce lol)As for their brownie ala mode, the “brownie” was too dry! It also had a weird bitter taste in the center???

I was craving for steak so I was really happy that our lunch out was here... halfway through my meal I noticed my steak was not cooked evenly, and there was hair on my salad.

Food and customer service is great. We've visited their Central Square branch. It's spacious, the atmosphere is fine, the crew is very polite and nothing too intrusive.

Had a quick dinner here before watching a movie. Creole Grilled Chicken was pretty good and tasty served with corn and mashed potato. Cali Burger with Fat Chips was ok. The burger was too wet and messy with too much sauce. Fat Chips taste good!

My friend recommended this restaurant because of its Creamery Ice Cream. We ordered Chocolate on Chocolate (double scoop) and Half-Baked Madagascar (single scoop). Over all, the taste of the ice cream was really creamy and it's delicious. We'll definitely go back to try their other dishes and of course other flavours of ice cream.

So far, Mad Mark's has never failed me: from my first dine-in at their first (and now non-existing) branch on Capitol Drive, Kapitolyo (tho they are still in Kapitolyo, at their new branch on Pioneer St), then at BGC Stopover Pavilion, to my latest visit at Bonifacio High Street, Mad Mark's has remained consistent throughout. We enjoyed their Signature Steak (still cheap!) Creole Chicken (moist and tender) and their ice creams! Although their matcha ice cream should have had a deeper and more earthy flavor, all the ice creams that we tried were delicious! The Motherlode, in particular, was a nice surprise. Of course, we enjoyed the old faves like Half-baked Madagascar and Javan Hot Chocolate.I am glad that it now serves coffee, but only iced ones as far as I know. Their three-shot espresso was deep and rich in flavor! It certainly kept me awake. 😂
