Lucky's Burger & Bar in my honest opinion serves one of the best American comfort food in McKinley area.Together with my fellow website reviewers, we had a sample of some of their offerings, here are my recos:STARTERS:🥓 Lucky's Bacon Chips (P295)Daaaamn, but this one is seriously to die for! Better watch yourself 'coz one bite is not enough. You'll surely pine for more! I loved the perfect crunchy texture and saltiness of this, served with different dips, I prefer mine with vinegar. (Also try their honey dip, it's quite interesting. *wink wink*) They have a specific cut to their bacon just to achieve the perfect crunch. It's bacon goodness at its best!🥓 Mushroom Poppers (P225)Mushroom? Mozzarella Cheese? I'm sold! This cute little balls are the perfect appetizer for when you're readying your tummy to a good meal. 🥓 Sauteed Sausages and Mushrooms (P255)As one may have concluded above, I love mushrooms, so this dish also called to my mushroom-loving heart, and tummy! It's well-seasoned and the sausages worked perfectly with the mushrooms, very tasty and meaty. Would work well with rice. SANDWICHES/BURGERS:🥓 Sunrise Burger (P225)The grilled beef patty was nicely done, not dry and juicy which is a big yes. I loved the sunny side up egg on top of the burger which makes for a very good IG photo. 😂 🥓 Grilled Cheese (P145)A lover of anything cheese, I had to try this one. Take a bite and experience gooey cheese goodness! MAINS:🥓 Crispy Bacon & Egg (P195)Bacon, again! Definitely not complaining. 😂 It's their siganture Bacon Chips but with rice and egg. They perfect hearty lunch!🥓 Salpicao Pasta (P245)Well, aside from the Bacon Chips, this is one of my favorites! The pasta was al dente and very flavorful. The generous chunks of salpicao meat was very good, not rubbery at all but soft and tender. Plus the sprinkle of garlic chips added a nice contrast to the overall of flavor of the dish. 🥓 Buttermilk Fried Chicken (P175)A nice golden brown color and slightly crunchy outside with a soft and tasty chicken meat. Paired with rice and their delish gravy sauce, makes for a burp-worthy lunch. DESSERTS & MILKSHAKES:🍨 Brownie Loco (P125)Classic brownie served hot with vanilla ice cream on top. Gooey melts-in-your-mouth chocolate-y goodness. 🍨 Lucky's Apple Pie (P145)I love cinnamon, but the cinnamon flavor in this was a bit too strong for me. It was good though, apples were baked nicely and retained its crunch and not soggy. Also served with vanilla ice cream on top. 🍨 Chocolate Brownie (P125)For the sweet tooth, this milkshake is perfect for you. It has a nice velvety texture with brownie bits. Love it!🍨 Lucky's Bacon (P145)BACON MILKSHAKE. BACON MILKSHAKE PEOPLE! And let me just mention that everyone went nuts when this came out! Can't blame us! 😂 It's a sweet and salty mix, you have to try this one for yourself. 🥓🥓🥓BONUS: Get their Freshly Brewed Iced Tea for just P75! Not kidding but it's the best! They brew it from fresh tea leaves everyday. I was tempted to order one to bring back with me to the office. 😂👍🏻Overall, it was a hearty lunch affair. The place is nice with natural light during the day. Service was good and quick. Price point is not too bad considering they have large servings. If you find yourself somewhere around McKinley, drop by Lucky's Burger & Bar! You won't regret it. 🥓👍🏻website China China

Loving their Crispy Bacon. I like the way it tasted like Chicken Skin (but of course, it's a bacon). Pati un suka nila, panalo!I also tried their Creamy Truffle Mushroom Pasta last Feb. 2016 and it's really mouth watering. I remembered my review on their official Facebook page (I don't have the picture) and I also gave them 5/5.Cheers and keep up the good work and food.

The Crispy Bacon with Rice is absolutely heaven! The Buttermilk Chicken sandwich is also good. I like the Coleslaw. And the price is not that bad.
