Classy.  Cool.  The widest selection of Japanese whiskies in the country.  Don't sleep on the cocktails - the classics are beautifully done (Old Fashioned, Negroni) and the inventions are delicious (Ebisu Sour for the win).  Food is yummy (pica pica style and Mamou steaks) and ambience can't be beat.  You need to go here!

THE place for Japanese whisky in Metro Manila. Not only is their selection of Japanese whisky the most expansive in Metro Manila (perhaps even in Southeast Asia?), the bartenders are also familiar with the entire selection and can help you find the right drink for you. They even carve their own ice from huge blocks of ice to ensure that the size and shape of the ice they put into your drink are optimal. Lastly, the venue reminds me of bars in Shibuya and Shinjuku -- can't really get anymore authentic than this in Metro Manila.

One of those small places with a speakeasy feel that serves well made drinks. Good place for a night cap after a nice dinner. Price wise, they could be more affordable.

You might miss Lit as you pass through Serendra because there is no sign but it is located behind Powerbooks, near the escalators leading to the basement parking.Be sure to sit by the bar if you can, talk to the bartenders and maybe the owner himself if he is there. They have a lot of stories to tell and you will definitely need their help if you aren't knowledgeable with Japanese whiskey because they have A LOT. Prices can go from P250 - P1,000+ per shot, depending on how rare the whiskey is. They also have a sort of tasting option where you can taste up to five different kinds. You can also order some food from Mamou if I recall correctly.Place is quite small and I have yet to figure out the best time to go, it gets crowded sometimes.

Outstanding bar focused on Japanese Whisky. If you are a fan of Japanese whisky, this is the place that epitomizes it. If you want to start learning Japanese Whisky, this is your school! Full attention is paid to every detail including how the ice is made, the glasses in which whisky is served, etc.I had the Yamazaki 12yr old single malt (40ml Experience pour) and the Chita single grain whisky. My partner had a couple of whisky-based cocktails. The Sakura Drift - a delightful cocktail of Kakubin Whisky, Sakura Liquer and a few fruit juices and the Manila Old Fashioned - a much stronger cocktail with Nikka Whisky. Just the place to go for Japanese Whisky!
