Inadequate costumer service from the feminine owner! She didn't give us any choice, really unprofessional and rude. We'd a reservation till 7pm. We were getting therefore much enjoyable and didn’t desire to end the night therefore we asked to remain becauseit had been a friend’s birthday in any case. We already spent nearly 90k pesos and ready to save money if we were just given the opportunity but unfortunately the feminine owner told us, “just as much as we want one to stay, if you men can leave, simply leave.” Merely to let you understand, there were plenty of unoccupied tables - it wasn’t a busy evening. She said they will have bookings to arrive and we have to leave. We can’t stress enough what sort of humiliating experience it had been to hear that sort of approach via an owner that’s said to be giving client satisfaction and a delighted night to everyone. She could’ve tackled that better but she chose never to make that night work with most of us in the group. Therefore disappointing. The feminine owner left us having an experience that people won’t wish to eventually anyone since it was so humiliating. In no way coming back to the place again. It had been really concerning that people felt like she absence training in costumer support and la picara will undoubtedly be left with unhappy clients if it won’t become addressed.. Just as much as we like la picara due to the foods and ambiance, we WONT and Do not recommend this location anymore due to the feminine owner that treated us RUDELY.

Incredible food and service! We've not eaten very much Spanish foods but we cherished it here and you will be back shortly. Isobel was amazing- she suggested some very nice meals for us to talk about (although I’m certain everything is great). I can’t wait around to return.Sangria was great too :)

La Picara is definitely on my radar, having passed by onto it on multiple events. Therefore with my buddy departing for his house country the very next day, it had been our choice dinner location for friends delivering him off. And boy, did we deliver himout with a bang! Listed below are my 3 points for the visit: 1. Food was wealthy and delicious! Purchase as much as you can to possess a gustatory treat! 2. Staff and administration were hot and provided the non-public touch, with individuals attentive and to arrive checking on us individually. We appreciated that 3. Outdoor seating has been great! A personal choice, being outside wasn’t very hot at all. Lights was good and length from another table was perfectly Definitely recommended!

So so meals but bad provider . they set a period limit of 2hrs plus they kick you out from then on being that they are operating completely capacity . poor table administration . The dog owner , even the personnel are not customer support oriented .Not safe and sound during covid given that they usually do not maintain social distancing and their cafe is whole . IATF should consider this restaurant

The site is really a copy of the Rumba restaurants in Madrid, define it as nice. I ordered the cachopo, they served me a thing that did not appear to be past 5 diet plans at the price tag on the million.terrible the ham didn't can be found and the cheesehad to obtain your glasses to consider it. The meats is dry and hard. When I asked the supervisor that which was that? His reply had been Filipino design, a translation for anyone who has resided there for 4 yrs. A joke at the price tag on a million. If you would like Spanish food, I don't recommend this location. Concerning the patatas bravas, another joke.

Therefore i tried to provide this place another shot The 1st time our food arrived after 1 hr and few mins afterwards the waiter/waitress already telling us our reservation is approximately to get rid of in 30mins. Will be this junk food Haha. For having to pay around 2,000/headsince we also ordered beverages but couldn’t purchase sweets anymore due to the super slow program I believed our cash was a lot more than what we acquired. The meals was terrible very pricy. Therefore the 2nd time i was with our friends someone invited us to become listed on their reservation. And again is approximately 11PM they're asking us to depart currently despite ordering so very much bottle hard beverages. They don’t care since they approved another reservation. All of this restaurant cares will be profit they don’t value their guests also you order a whole lot. From then on i never returned. And informed all our friends never to visit this horrible location again. Yes interiors are usually nice that’s the only real positive thing here haha Spend your cash elsewhere! You might find yourself like us. Ruined and embarrassing expertise. Don’t click here! Try other dining places their cost are like hotel’s close by same price but great treatment and service.

Very nice ambience, a few of the staffs were friendly, however, many weren't in the mood. Pictures may be helpful to placed on the menus. We appreciated the patatas bravas, paella and kimchi croquette. Worth a go!

Food is actually good, i really like their truffle and mushroom paella and their croquettas. Program is satisfactory, although occasionally it’s not so easy to find the attention of the staff

This is one of the greatest places in BGC to meet up with friends over sumptuous spread of tapas and mind-blowing sangria. We've always enjoyed our knowledge here and we’ll definitely be back!

We had an excellent night as of this place! The foods is a blend of Filipino/Spanish that was very delicious and special. The staff who served us produced us feel quite welcomed and gave us good tips about what to order!
