I don't really fuss about writing any reviews for fast food chains, but I'm writing this anyway to let the upper management know how their manager, Ressa or Rissa, at this branch displayed very poor management skills. I went on a Sunday to order lunch with my husband, it was 12 noon. There were only 3 of us ordering at the time, 3 kitchen crew and 1 very lazy unprofessional manager. Yes, 3 orders. It shouldn't be that hard to accommodate. But because the manager was too good at practicing her bad management skills, she didn't care to help her crew. Instead she just started yelling at them for us customers to see how she does it so poorly. She yelled at them to do this, do that. And when I went to the counter to have our chicken to go, and waited 5 minutes for the cashier to finish her order, the manager who was busy doing nothing never bothered to even ask and assist me, until my husband asked her, "Are you busy?" That's when she actually jumped out of whatever nonsense she was doing. Hope you give your managers the proper training they need to even qualify for a manager who represents your name and business.

Very poor service! I ordered their zinger and I was told that it will be served na lang so, I waited. 20 mins after, wala pa rin. I followed it up with their crew pero wala pa rin. So, ako na pumunta ng cashier and to only know that di pa pala nagagawa yung order ko and its just a zinger! I was so pissed off. Kundi ko pa pinuntahan dun, di pa magagawa order ko. And di man lang maganda pagkakagawa nung zinger. Sunog yung bun. I know its a fast food but still, the customer service should be nice and proper.
