My officemates and I were here for lunch on a Wednesday, but unfortunately only 5 out of 10 of us were able to eat. We placed our orders at around 12:15, and 45mins later, only 1/2 of our orders arrived. (We ordered individual rice bowls)We ended up having to cancel our remaining orders by 1pm. It was very disappointing because it was the second time it happened to us. We were here 6 months prior, and had the same experience.We think that the problem is that there are too many tables and seats (the restaurant has a mezzanine), and not enough kitchen space and staff.Kabisera, you need to do improve your service. If you can’t handle the no. of orders, then limit the number of guests!

Menu is a mixture of offerings from Dencio's and Max's so expect reliable good Filipino dishes.Good location as it is one of the few in the area to offer Filipino dishes in their price range.Kabisera feels less like a family resto vs Max's but more upscale restobar than the usual Dencio's.However, service was slow and waiters were not so visible (they were all inside the kitchen) even when there were only about 3-4 tables occupied. To the point that the guard almost served us water.

1. Took us 1 hr for the food (promise was 15 to 30 minutes).2. The cheesy omelette I ordered DOES NOT HAVE CHEESE. (See picture below, please note the price for this dish is 229 Pesos).3. They served the food but didn't bring utensil (also took another 20 minutes or so).4. Foods are priced above average but staffing and prompt service is MINIMAL.5. I POINTED OUT HOW THE BILL CAME EARLIER THAN MY ORDER so they told me the dessert I ordered will be free and then served me a modified cheaper version because of it.I felt disrespected for my time and intellect!!!I mean if restaurants want to bill high they should also be prepared to serve with the same quality. I did not get that here. WILL NOT COME BACK.

Well I had nothing to do and passed by this place with s friend in bgc. Drinks are ok and I was not able to stay here long but will probably visit this place again some time if schedule permits.

We had our family Christmas celebration here. We reserved a table for our group. It was easy to make a reservation.The food is good. Loved the adobo back ribs!Service was very good. We had 18 people in our group, and they were able to attend to our needs.

Kabisera. A sophisticated Filipino restaurant. It has beautiful interior design - instagram worthy!Ordered the following....📍Balbacua. Originated in Visayas region. It's a spicy thick stew of beef brisket and ox tail. Very delicious.📍Fried Chicken. This is also good. Meat is very tender and moist. You can easily separate the meat from the bone.📍Halo-halo and Mais Con Yelo. Very refreshing. Best for this summer season!Recommended!

Its my first time to eat in Kabisera. I tried their eggplant salad, i think one of their new products? I love it! I’ll recommend the store. Also, they have warm people. Very accommodating!! 😂❤️ Kabisera BGC

One of the best go-to for filipino cuisines. They are somehow generous when it comes to serving the food. Also great bc they have a fast service you wont get impatient

Napakatagal mag serve ng food, wala naman kaming kasabay umorder. 4 na beses tinanong kung for take out, mas madami pa yung daldal ng mga food attendant...

Food wasn't great. The lumpia didn't taste fresh (great crepe though), the beef Kare Kare was soo bad (beef wasn't tender, the vegetables were meh)The pugon lechon baboy sisig was good though. Only highlight of the night but otherwise HARD PASS
