If you're a fan of Bacolod Inasal, JT's Manukan is a must try. Their BBQs are similar on taste with Bacolod's famous Manokan County BBQs. A little more bucks than Mang Inasal, but worth it.

This ones a hidden gem in BGC . Great food and relaxed open ambience . Inasal dishes are great and price is cheap. Food is similar to the Bacolod inasal chains but it retains its own charm. Would highly recommend if ur i know BGC and looking for a chilled out place for some beer and BBQ.

If you have been to Bacolod or have been wanting to try their famous chicken Inasal, this is the closest you can get in the Metro. I got the Isol or chicken ass barbecue and Apan-apan, an Ilonggo dish similar to our local adobong kangkong with shrimp paste. The chicken Inasal is best paired with a mixture of soy sauce, vinegar, calamansi, and chili. Drench your cup of rice with achuete oil and sprinkle a generous amount of salt on top. That's how they eat Inasal the Bacolod way.

I am a BIG FAN of JT's Manukan.I always go to their Gilmore branch but with my schedules bringing me more to the BGC area, I was more than ecstatic to find this branch of JT's. This BGC branch gets packed in the evenings for its inexpensive barbecue and beer. Their pecho (chicken breast) is always cooked right and they don't over grill their atay. It has more meat than the paa (chicken leg). I would usually get an order each of atay (liver), isol (chicken bottom or pwet) and corazon (heart) too. Then an order of (extra) chicken oil to baste your chicken and bathe your rice with. One chicken oil at Php10 is good enough for 4 plain rice.Chicken inasal is my comfort food and thank god that there's a JT's in BGC.

JT’s has one of the few good Chicken Inasal places in BGC. For this dining experience, we ordered the following:PetchoA thick big piece of chicken breast cooked to perfection and braised in chicken oil. Each bite is full of flavor, thats unlike other inasal places. Kansi A full flavored tangy broth from the batwan fruit. Tender beef with a rich broth. Garlic riceGarlic chips on top of plain white riceThis meal is best with calamansi-toyo-chili and chicken oil. Service was good.

Even if the place is located just right in front of our building, I have only dined here twice and both experience were just okay. The first time, I was happy enough with two sticks of pork barbecue and garlic rice which only robbed me of less than a hundred pesos. Their Inasal is priced at P149 but rice is still excluded. Idk, maybe I'm really just not a fan of clChicken Inasal (nothing was available that day so I had no choice but to order chicken), but there's nothing special in it for me. The place tends to get really hot AND crowded especially in the afternoon. But if you just want a place to go for cheap beer or filling grilled Pinoy food, JT's is the best bang for the buck choice for you.

Objectively, the inasal in JT's could be the closest you can get to the real thing. I ate here after a trip to Bacolod, so the timeframe gave me a beter sense of judgment. The only issue in the BGC branch compared to the others is the size of the chicken. In Sct. Alcaraz QC, the pecho is huuuge! But the flavor is consistent, and there's no other place (in Manila) I prefer my smoky hunk of grilled, yellow, chickeny goodness!Btw, you can eat outside. It's a rather small place with a second floor.

Looking for an authentic Bacolod chicken, one might stumble upon this small restaurant in the heart of Bonifacio Global City.😊 The smell & look of a grilled chicken which I find it similar to where it came from & it definitely tasted the way it should be..😁 I appreciated the place more because it is always packed with people dining & enjoying the grilled foods (they also have bbq, chorizo, atay, etc.) over bottles & bottles of liqour. My kind of a chill joint! Hehe!😅

For me JT's is a perfect spot for authentic bacolod chicken inasal. Everything is served fresh and hot off the grill. All of the grilled items taste so good from the chicken to the innards like isol corazon baticolon etc. The price is also very affordable and you can surely get your money's worth. All in all i will definately and always comeback.

JT's will always be my default places when I'm hungry. I know it will always give me that consistent yummy chicken I'm craving for. The only thing about JT's is their availability of their isol! It's out of stock most of the time and I hate it when that happens. When we ate at JT's, isol was out of stock :( so had to eat the chicken leg plus sisig, to make do with the lack of isol. It was still good, as expected. Just disappointing to not have isol.
