Didn't know they had individual boxes for their donuts (and sandwiches). First for me to try a sandwich, they use the same bread as their donuts. I liked how soft the bread was. My salami had a good portion of meat, though it felt more of ham than salami. I liked it.

I was really disappointed with my experience here. Im not yet done choosing the flavors (they have few donuts left in the display like you dont have a choice whether you like the flavor or not and you want to fill you box, and their production was pretty slow) for my order then the staff left me hanging to entertain the first customer who purchased 8dozens. It was quite annoying because she needed to open the boxes again to punch every donut, but i understood it. What made me mad was she left me hanging for 30minutes, undone with my orders, then a guy went in and she entertained and endorsed him to the next counter like “what the f!”. I was the next in line then that happened! I will definitely not come back again here! Never!

The place is not that big among the J.CO branches I've visited, they has 13+ tables, and it's a bit narrow especially if there are lots of customers waiting in queue (in my opinion).I ordered J.Club Cheesy Rich (P45.00). The server advised me to wait 5 min. to prepare (the server didn't give the one in the display) which is okay for me, at least I know it was freshly made. It has a generous amount of grated cheese and I find it tasty. This was filled with cream (the cream they put inside some of their donuts).A suggestion: please make the paper cups and pitcher of water handy (or at least make it accessible) and put it somewhere where customers can easily notice it so there's no need to call a staff's attention.
