To Bistro cardholders, make sure to check your bill esp if you avail of the free coffee. After paying, we noticed that they did not deduct the coffee from the bill. It was ok because it’s only Php95, but when I told them about it, no one bothered to apologize. Two managers even looked pissed that I pointed it out to them. A simple sorry is not difficult to do..

I'm with my mom and few of her friends for dinner. They suggested this resto since they always dine in Italiannis (mckinley branch). We are actually surprised that there's no line outside knowing it's dinner time.Someone approached us as soon as we entered the place. After 10 to 15 minutes we're ready for our order. We keep on getting their attention but no one seems intrested. When finally someone noticed us, she pointed a other server and told us to wait for her since she's our assigned server. Okay, I get that... So we patiently waited. I was looking at my watch that time because I'm starving and it's past 7pm. After 25 minutes, someone took our order. We were advised that serving time is 25 minutes and guess what... We have to follow up 3 times to different person before we get all of our orders. While eating, we heard a commotion. We are seated close to the door and saw a pregnant woman complaining that they came in first, but was surprised when the server offered a table to another group of people. We don't know the whole story, but it ruined the mood.In all fairness the food is great. It's just that we will never go back to this branch.

Visited during breakfast hours and I must say the food is very good! Worth every penny and ambiance is also very nice (there's a television on but it's on mute; there's music playing). Staff are very welcoming and well prepared. Looking forward to visiting again!

Celebrated the natal day of  the most important woman in our lives last month at our favorite Italian Restaurant, Italianni's. It was a day of bonding with my siblings in the Philippines and their families. As our parents grow older, there is an inevitable reversal of roles that transpire . It is our  turn now to take care of our parents in their old age.

On a constant hunt for good food and house , landed to this place in BGC high Street. This place looked crowdy yet cozy place on a Saturday night with families enjoying there time together.Staff is very prompt and cordial. Being a vegetarian there were however lesser options as compared to it's other counterparts but the staff was happy to customize meal for us.Ordered a thin crust margherita pizza with extra onion and bell peppers and orange lemonade. The servings were good for two,and there complimentary focaccia bread was cherry on the top.I liked it so much that I got them packed as well and had for my breakfast. Was so full that I couldn't try there desserts but they are on my bucket list!!Thanks for provide ding us fresh and tasty food!!

We headed to Italianni's BGC around 9pm on a Saturday. The outside seating area was relatively empty as everyone opted for the airconditioned confines of the dining area. We had a canine companion so the choice was obvious. What was a delightful surprise was the natural breeze as the seating area leading to O Lane was like a tunnel, so you get this free flowing air. Throw in a couple of potted palms and you achieve a breezy lanai effect.Anyways, we started with the complimentary bread with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar to dip it with. We followed that with the focaccia paired with the spinach and artichoke dip. That was good. The dip was mealy, hearty and tasty. The bread, cut in triangles, was thoughtfully toasted. It could easily please 3 people. We had the Seafood Cioppino which didn't quite impress me. There was a bit too much of a sour note in it. The seafood was also rather sparing, for me anyways. We didn't clean our plates. What would please a chef is to see plates cleaned off with bread - a sure sign the customer enjoyed the dish immensely. Our server Albert was friendly and efficient. He readily provided a container of iced water for our thirsty furbaby. He was alert and quick when we needed him. Sadly, he had to leave early and the servers who took over were rather impersonal. I have to say the female FOH acted like snooty snobs, wrinkling their noses at the sight of our four legged friend (who, mind you didn't make a mess or even bothered anyone). They came in and out of the side door behaving with utter disdain and acted like they'd much prefer it if we just left. With that attitude, we opted not to have dessert and just left to have coffee someplace else. It's sad that the stellar efforts of a certain staff would be torpedoed by the snootiness of another. The patrons inside looked chill and pleased with themselves. Maybe I'd have a different take if I tried dining inside myself.I have to say, having experienced the overall superb customer service I got from the staff at Italianni's Eastwood, I'd rate the service here at 2 stars and the overall experience at 3.

Complimentary bread is my favorite and I LOVE all of their handmade thick crust pizzas! The Carbonara tasted good but could be better if it was less salty. Service was great and I will definitely go back again!
