The food is okay, but lacks richness in the ramen. The staff doesn’t smile often and they don’t look approachable as well. Their SM Aura branch is far better when it comes to staff.

Ramen is a bit salty and oily. It lacks flavour compared to other Ramen places. The gyoza is just okay and cheaper for 180 (6 pieces).The crew should at least smile often and be approachable just to make up for the salty food they offer.Woul I recommend it? 50:50 😯

Super disappointing experience, I didn't expected that the ramen here would taste burnt. Ambience is good, the waiting time seems average, i had trouble refilling my water. I've for it like 2 or 3 times. Would try again but not on Peak hours

Not going back to this place. Food is below average. Service is poor. I gave it a try despite of bad reviews. Its a failure. I can tolerate "below average food" but not a poor service. The service crew have a way of making you feel that you are not welcome. Ive seen them prioritizing cellphones before costumers. Ive seen flies inside the restaurant. Not a good sight in front of a black background.

Ramen has been my comfort food for as long as I can remember to the point that it tilts me whenever I taste one that's not right down my alley. As much as I hate to compare food in general, it's just inevitable. I can't even recall what I ordered here because it wasn't remarkable at all. So the ramen I ordered was apparently the best seller one? I liked the texture of the noodles, I gotta say but the broth's saltiness doesn't make sense to me. The egg that comes with it tasted bland which is quite a surprise 'cause Japanese eggs never disappoint. Maybe it's also just me being picky and all because I was terribly sick at that time so there's that. Anyway, I enjoyed the ambiance even though the service was also pretty sluggish. The food wasn't bad but it's not something that you'd crave for and come back to.

This branch seems to be a bit crowded with their weird assortment of seating. We had the lunch menu today the gyoza set with the miso tonkotsu ramen and the chasu donburi with shio ramen. Both tasted fine but I found the gyoza was a bit overcooked. The ramen broth also lacked in flavor.

Ramen too oily, nothing spectacular. I would recommend other ramen houses in place if you have the option. Other dishes are also plain. With all the competition, i do not see this restaurant lasting commercially.
