It was first-time to go to Hello Kitty Cafe inside Uptown Mall BGC for a celebration so I really was excited. I understand the place is indeed Instagram-worthy but I've no idea what meals they offer and how they tasted. It proved theyserve American & French meals. Lunch started with the stay of pork barbecue. It had been the coldest pork barbeque I've actually eaten! It tasted alright nonetheless it was so cool - I'm guessing they positioned it close to the airconditioner. For the pasta, we'd their hottest creamy pink carbonara (P385), that is so Hello Kitty due to the pink, rich carbonara sauce. A bowl of meaty spaghetti bolognese (P365) was furthermore served which experienced the facial skin of Hello Kitty published on the ham and toast. The pasta meals tasted okay but also for the price, I'd have to state that the serving has been small. We also had some poultry schnitzel that was served with potato fries & salsa (P420). The chicken was cooked properly and the taste was alright. The fries, nevertheless, was no more crispy and had been bland. The worst portion of the meal was the beef bourguignon served with rice (P520). It sensed like they simply placed some prepared beef in a bowl, additional some tomato sauce, and microwaved it. The dish lacked taste and richness that I'm searching for for a bourguignon. The most enjoyable section of the meal was the dessert. I had a helping of profiteroles or lotion puff filled up with pistacio (P80). It had been a lovely dessert, however, not good enough to redeem the misses in another dishes. I really think that the laundry Hello Kitty Cafe give were overpriced considering their high quality. Yes, the laundry looked pretty however they weren’t therefore satisfying to the tummy. I might be reviewing their foods as an adult, plus some may think I'm not their target consumer, but I really believe that bad meals is bad foods and good meals is good food regardless of who eats it. I'm not sure if children will enjoy their food tastewise. The biggest disappointment for me personally was the type of service they will have. Serving of foods took quite a long time thinking of that the laundry weren’t actually complicated. The beverages and dessert came quite late, and the employees weren’t really apologetic. In addition, it took quite a long time to allow them to appear after a few of the visitors who weren’t seated however.

Had dessert here following lunch and the tiny cafe is very Instagrammable from all corners! And the meals is photogenic aswell! Kawaii! We ordered the small chocolate truffle cake, small rainbow crepe cake, mango chocolate crepe. Start to see the pictures! The very best among our orderswas the chocolate truffle cake. The rainbow cake had not been as sweet. The main one order we were disappointed with may be the coffee americano. It had been a bit sour also it appears like their coffee maker needs cleaning. Since we already ate lunch time, we didn't have to be able to try their entrees. You will have a next time!

We found this cute Hello Kitty café at the Uptown Mall during search of a good restaurant. It looks so appealing with all the current Hello Kitty items that it's tough to resist not really giving it a go despite not having children in ourgroup of three grownups. Service crew were extremely attentive & friendly.Menu has been a little small and food and beverages were overpriced. But it's worth a trip when i reminisce my fascination over Hello Kitty products in the '80s.
