Saw that Habitual is currently having their BOGO on both Hot and Iced Flat white coffee. This is to celebrate the International Coffee Day. Their promo runs until tommorow October 1. We got the buy one get one Iced Flat White Latte and an Almond French Toast. Seldom I go for a iced version of flat white but the lovely pics of this flat white is a must for my IG goals. Their iced flat white was so good. While for the almond french toast it was so huge. Lucky we decided to order just one toast when we were asked by the barista. Love the cinnamon not uber sweet flavor of it. A toast was good for 2person.

Tried their cold brew coffee. It was my first time to have cold brew coffee. The flavour is aromatic. I like to aromatic. You should try it. It gives you different coffee experience

Pricy, but worth it for good coffee (and their simple, beautifully-designed cups). Make sure to try their seasonal offerings; they do it really well! The rose-infused Cold Heart and perfectly-balanced vanilla almond cold brew should be staples in their menu.

Heard a great deal about this place and it’s IG worthy branch in Makati. Really wanted to try the coffee if it was worth all the rave. So we decided to order: Vanilla almond for me, and hot flat white and hot mocha for my friends. First, the price range of our drinks were from 140-160 pesos. We’d expect to at least get a regular size but we we’re kind of disappointed when we saw how small it was. It was literally as big as a hot choco drink from Jollibee. I was hoping that they’d have the taste to compensate for this. The one I ordered, the vanilla almond, was good and had just the right amount of sweetness. It was the first time I’ve tried this kind of flavor. My friends however, absolutely did not like the fact that the flat white and mocha had no taste. It was almost like water. Again, this was our first time so we we’re not sure if this was how it was suppose to taste (so we apologize if we offended anyone). The size was small and I definitely had better. :(

Habitual Coffee is one of the third wave coffee shops that support the local coffee farmers. I was told that they get the beans from Benguet. I have tried the Makati branch before, so I went to this second branch at Uptown Mall this time. The owner was hands-on and very knowledgeable on what to type of coffee to offer based on what the customer likes. I had Cortado (PHP 140) to boost the day. This mix has more caffeine with less water and milk. With that, it had a strong and bitter taste but with a little texture of milk. Although it was a good coffee, I find the price too expensive for a small serving. It was just half the mini cup! I was surprised, really. It's not the "everyday coffee" for me.

They open a branch in Uptown Mall BGC and I got so excited to try their coffee for the first time. The cup is also looking cute that says, 'This will be a habit.'

Tried the Aunti Laila brewed coffee as suggested by a friend. I'm not a coffee drinker. I could say I'm more of a tea person. And i drank my coffee with sugar and milk (lots of it). So this one was a challenge. My friend asjed me to order coffee that didn't need milk or sugar from Habitual Coffee. Their Aunti Laila tasted weird. It was slightly bitter with a citrus undertone. It was a weird experience but i really appreciated it. Different from the usual Starbucks experience. Maybe next time I'll try the aeropress version. Also interested to try the flat white and cold brew. :) Thanks Habitual Coffee.

A little pricey for a cup of coffee, but I must say. I found myself thinking about their coffee a few days after I had it. I tried the iced flat white for my first order and I've been wanting it again and again everyday after that 😂

I ordered vanilla almond cold brew, and it was a bit too sweet for my taste. I wish i had something stronger/darker. Coffee is life! Can't wait to try other items on the menu. :)

What makes Habitual different amongst other Third Wave Specialty Coffee? This shop hand brews their coffee using an AeroPress. The AeroPress, a syringe-like coffee device, which is a common sight in most third wave coffee shops. Making use of a rubber plunger, the method of an AeroPress is comparable to that of a French press, but with a shorter brewing time. The air pressure brought in by the rubber plunger also affects the flavor extraction, making it more intense and improving the taste. It also lessens the bitter aftertaste in most coffees, making it smoother while retaining its raw essence. We recommend getting the Flat White (140php), handcrafted with the perfect balance of milk and coffee. Pastries are also available at Habitual Coffee. You can choose different bars, chocolate chunk cookies, and S’mores to go with your beverage.
