Green Pastures is one of my top picks for flavorful yet healthy food. Last I came here, I wanted to get something light for lunch. I got the Farmhouse Salad which was great; the components - romaine lettuce, kale, chicken, eggs, tomatoes, corn, goat cheese, mangoes - together create a tasty and filling dish. The Ultimate F2T Lasagna which my colleague ordered was pretty good too. It's a vegetarian take on your typical, meaty lasagna; the pasta was layered with cheese and mushrooms, and coated in roasted carrot puree. We also shared an order of their Burrata Toast which I highly recommend as a starter. The bread really paired well with the cheese mixed with strawberries, tomatoes, and basil oil.

The vegan options enticed me to check this out with a friend. We got the tuna poke bowl, a cauliflower KFC (their vegetarian KFC version which reminded me more of Bonchon). They were awesome! For the main dish, we got the jackfruit kare kare. He liked it but I thought the peanut sauce was irremarkable. Nonetheless it was a good experience overall as this is a restaurant that caters to my dietary requirements.

My second visit to this place but I'm reviewing it for the first time. This place is extremely expensive and it is out of my league but they allure me with their interesting ingredients and meals. I wouldn't say I go here to enjoy food. I go here to discover new things that exist in the world of food 😬On my first visit 3 months ago I discovered kombucha. Then I started brewing it at home. Now I came here again to compare which one is better, and honestly, although I messed up a lot of batches of my kombucha, I like it more than here. I noticed they add some syrup to it, to make it sweeter, but it was still massim na maasim! I can drink it but I prefer it to be less sour. They have interesting bowls of food. I've tried the poke bowl and the umami bowl. Both are good but they do put a huge dent in your pocket. One thing that I strongly disliked during this visit is that the waiter asked us if we want coconut water or sparkling water. We thought it was a freebie because he only mentioned these two drinks. I said, yeah, why not, but just before he popped a bottle of coconut water we discovered it costs around P200. Sandali lang, kuya! Hindi namin kailangan ang "kabutihan" iyan.

If you wanna go healthy go here! The only legit “healthy option” there is in town. The rest of the places who call themselves “healthy” are only pretentious. salads and the toasts here are the best!

Staff was friendly, very accommodating, quick to respond. They always ask for allergies which is so important and I wish more restaurants would do that. I ordered the giant meatball and multigrains on the side. The food took a while to get to me. I just wish that I was informed it would take long. It was still very tasty though and I will definitely go back because they provide a lot of healthier options than most restaurants.

Green Pastures is my go-to place for avocado toast! For a very reasonable price, you are able to indulge in a generous serving of avocado (as seen in the pic). This will definitely satisfy your avo cravings!! 10/10

I had their grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup and sweet potato chips. I also had their all natural sugar cane juice. As to their grilled cheese sandwich, I'd say I like it better this time compared to the other 2 visits I had. It's not as salty as I remembered it to be. However, I prefer that they consider lessening the oil/butter they put on the bread. The sugar cane juice is heavenly! It indeed is all natural and tastes like the juice I used to manually extract from an actual sugar cane plant. At Php180 in BGC, I'd still willingly get it as thirst quencher. 🙂

We waited for our food for more than 40 minutes. Then when the food arrived, the Chef had changed the recipe without informing us. I definitely not recommend the place. Overpriced and bad service.

One of the places in BGC where you can get healthy and organic food. All food servings are delicious, hands down. We've tried the torta and sisig and the longganisa meal and they were, as mentioned, delicious. The happy sauce also made the difference, so don't forget to sprinkle a bit on your dish and you'll get that spicy feeling. It's a place where you can have a quiet conversation with your friends or family. It is a bit expensive but within BGC standards.

Dishes:1. House made cheese Burrata & riccota: 4.5/52. KFC : 3.5/53. Porchetta : 3.5/51. Loved their cheeses. Great for sharing and basically the main reason I went here with my gf for. So worth the drive for. Highly recommended.2. KFC : was pretty good, cauliflower still had a nice crunch with that great exterior crispy texture which was smothered in sauce. I just wished they added pickled radish on the side to help cut the fattiness and richness of the dish.3. Porchetta was packed with flavor & I really enjoyed it. But same issue for me was that it lacked a bit of brightness like maybe pickled onions. And the meat was a bit on the drier side. Also I highly recommended you eat it asap because the bottom bread got really soggy and took in too much oil.Overall portions were good just a bit on the pricier side but the quality of ingredients speaks for itself. Just hope next time they try to add some sides that help lessen the heavyness of the dishes.
