This new restaurant on the second floor of Uptown Parade Mall is on a single row because the new restaurants. Gorda is really a fusion of Filipino and Mexican meals. It offers appetizers, soup, main course and beverages (with and without alcoholic beverages). Interiors are contemporary, higher ceiling , bar, comfy seating, restricted tables, and quiet. Their nachos is great! Chicken Inasal is considerable and great! Black paella is actually good! Sisig is salty. Salmon Tacos is fairly over powering. Pork chops include yummy grilled pineapples. Has a lot of and friendly staff. Has wi-fi also. Service is commonly slow whenever there are the location gets a large number of people.

We had the next: Breakfast Taquito Sampler- (Beef tapa, pork tocino, vigan longanisa), it had been very good! That is also good to possess if you are just there for beverages and you would like something to nibble. Calamari Salad- it had some squid, mixed greens, fruits andvinaigrette. Nothing at all mind-blowing but my child had so a lot of this so it is good :) For our mains, we'd the pork pata frito- grilled chops which were so excellent, pollo inasal skillet which was included with cilantro rice that my kid also liked quite definitely. We even ordered 1 even more for takeaway and we'd it for lunch time the very next day :) The one thing I did so not like so very much was the seafood arroz negra- didn't taste anything special, nothing bad about any of it too. :) Finally, their drink- we got right now there prior to they closed their happy hour therefore i could have two cups of their watermelon mojito. It had been also good!

What i love concerning this place is that it's not so crowded rather than pretentious. I really like their Mama's Nachos and Breakfast Taquito Sampler. They good cocktails too. The atmosphere is fairly chic and available to my office as well. =) That is my go-toplace in Uptown!

Food has been decent. Servings were pretty generous. The feminine servers were excellent and attentive. The night time, however, was dissppointing due to one male server who appeared to hate his work and customers. He has been rude and unkind to your table, and also others. He would appear to display his annoyance by placing meals loudly up for grabs - "dabog" as they say. The same therapy to the expenses was given with out a single word - Only a solid grunt and solid finger pointing concerning where you can sign. Terrible! What is a good night had been nicely ruined by one poor apple.
