I was welcomed by the staff. I'm loving the ambience inside. It's cool and it feels fresh here. They have some chill background music.Opening was 7:00 AM. I went here 7:30 AM. I was informed by the staff "Wala pa po ung kitchen" and what's available that time is coffee. I am willing to wait as I have my reservation (via Eatigo). She gave me water. I can feel the pressure on her since there are customers already but the kitchen isn't available at 7:30 AM yet and she's constantly contacting someone (maybe the kitchen staff). The kitchen staff arrived 8:00 AM and I felt some commotion. I even overheard because it was loud "di ba Monday to Friday?". My opinion: I was thinking kitchen staff will arrive 7:30 AM = Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM = Saturday. Thanks to their WiFi connection, I was somehow entertained.First of all, the menu here in website is outdated. There's no more One Eyed Jack on their menu. Also, on the second page of their actual menu, they have the pizza, southern fried chicken, pasta which I should be ordering in the first place. There's a note above that page that states all meals (on this page) will be served at 11 AM which made me disappointed as it's not stated here in website and Eatigo. I asked the staff and the staff confirmed it.No choice but to avail what I think is overpriced yet healthy breakfast menu. I ordered Eggs Ben on Brioche (P330.00), my friend ordered Chicken Quinoa Bowl (P330.00) and she told that serving time is 15-20 min. Serving time took longer than 25 or 30 min to be honest. While waiting for our orders, what made me disappointed / annoyed is that. . . wait, I'm sure the other table has pasta. They're eating pasta (Truffle Cream). I thought they will serve it on 11 AM?? We immediately asked the staff about that, and she told us that's the last batch. They have pasta and she can serve us Garlic Pasta but as for the other sauces, they ran out of it. She said that that Truffle Cream Pasta was the last batch. THEN WHY SHE DIDN'T INFORM US ABOUT THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE?The chicken quinoa bowl came first. There's no mashed pumpkin when it was served to us so we immediately asked for it. It was definitely a good option for a healthy diet. Unfortunately, it was tasteless. The grilled chicken gave justice to it. The mashed pumpkin was bland (tasted water, the pumpkin will be on the aftertaste). The Eggs Ben on Brioche (Bacon, 2 poached eggs, hollandaise, house greens). It's the first time I'm trying a healthy salad-like meal as my breakfast. The green leafy veggies has some taste because of the dressing. Loving the poached eggs. When you slice it, you'll see the yolk oozing. The bread was soft. The bacon served was big but a bit chewy. Not bad, it's just that I feel it was pricey for a P330.00.I just think their breakfast meals are overpriced. By the way, they have service charge. I'll try their Southern Fried Chicken and Truffle Cream Pasta IF I come back here.

I was just walking around Burgos Circle, looking for a restaurant that I haven't tried before. So I went here, and good thing I checked their website page to see what to order. So I settled for a 2 piece chicken with rice. The chicken skin is pretty hard but the chicken meat is really tasteful. I just wish they will add mashed potato as one of the sides of the chicken. The service and the ambiance was excellent. I love the vibe of the restaurant.

Operating hours on website are 7 am to 4pm BUT kitchen was not open at 730am!!! It was such a waste of time to go here. Good thing neighboring UCC was open for breakfast.

PLACE:Very spacious and interiors are quite nice.FOOD:Truffle Pasta: This is the simplest looking paste I've ever had yet it's definitely the most mouth-watering one. By the time the pasta was served, I can immediately smell how good it is. This is so simple but the taste is sooo divine (thanks to truffle)Paprika Fries: This is definitely one of my favorite fries. Super yummy and crispy. Chocolate Cake: Cake was sooooooo dry (ang tigas pa 🙁)PRICE:Good value for money (except for the cake)SERVICE:Friendly and accommodating staff.VERDICT:Did I enjoy it? - Yes (except the cake)Will I recommend it? - Yes (but No for their cakes)Will I come back? - Yes but not for the cake.P.S. I super love Frank and Dean's dishes but their chocolate cake during my last visit was really awful.

Good food and equally good ambiance. Loved the pizza, portions were good. Other items looked appealing along with a wide range of beverages.
