Had a staycation at F1 Hotel and as result, we were given complimentary buffet breakfast. I was up for a lite brekkie, so I had the usual fried bacon and chicken and makis haha! These dishes taste basically ok. The place needs a bit of tidy-up. The resto's interiors are not that bad.

So what exactly can you find in the dining area of this classy, four star hotel? Well, great interior is seen. Wide selection of food is also available, comfortable seats are also evident. But the thing that really stood out here? The delicious desserts prepared. We ate here last Sunday, we were invited to a baptism and this place held the reception for the family and friends of the baptized baby. Very adorable child, by the way. Going back, I couldn’t help but drool as we waited for the host to arrive, as much as I wanted to dig in, that would rude. So waiting was a must. They soon arrived and we were finally able to eat, yay! I immediately headed for the Japanese food area, they had 3 types of Maki Rolls, a kani salad station and a soba station and of course, Tempura. I got two of the Maki rolls for I already had enough of ramen for the last few days. The first maki roll was good, it didn’t have fruits in it but it had fish and the classic Nori wrap around it. The other one was kind of like an ice cream cone, it already had the soy sauce and wasabi inside so I didn’t have a hard time eating it. I then headed to what seemed to be the American/Italian station. There were itty bitty burgers that were so cute! I got one and I tried their Spaghetti. The burger, according to my grandparents, was like something they had somewhere in the states. The Spaghetti was good too, it isn’t sweet like the typical Filipino Spaghetti. Moving on, I also tried their pumpkin soup. It was really rich and creamy. Something that ai would eat over and over again because it was really good. Now we move on to the section that deserves a gigantic spotlight, the desserts area. I just stood there with my jaw dropped as I tried to decide which one would I devour. A green dessert encased in a ramekin piqued my interest, I also tried what I assume as the red velvet chocolate cake. The green dessert was kind of like a Crème Brûlée pandan? It wasn’t overly sweet and was soft and creamy. I wanted more but unfortunately my stomach reached full capacity. The Red Velvet was good but I had tasted better. I also tried their Japanese Cheesecake but it kind of reminded me of a mamon. According to my grandma, the Tres Leche cake was really good. And my sister had two glasses of some sort of Chocolate pannacotta? Overall, the food was satisfying. Some downsides to this buffet was that they don’t really refill the food. So if you go there and you’re kinda late, I guess that the food that you will be choosing from is limited. Anyways, that’s all folks! When we arrive here b4 11am we are allowed to enter the resto, the place is untidy even the buffet is not yet started food are on the floor. Food choices are few or i mean fewer than few compare to other hotel's buffet. The food stood for me are the beef kare kare and spareribs. Only 2 cause choices are so few.Theirs no chinese section either. The interior is good but they should clean their place. The waiters are accomodating.

We had lunch buffet here on one of our anniversaries. I love their cheese and bread selection. I prefer buffets that are not overwhelmingly big such as this, Seda's and Manila Hotel's. They also had steak during that day and it met my expectations for a buffet. The waiters are polite and attentive.

Had their dinner buffet.. I loved their Spiced Carrot Spaghetti, creamy and delicious.  I went back for another serving.  Pritson-style Lechon had crispy skin and meat was tender.  I also liked the Sans Rival Bites, good presentation that it looked like french macaroon, filling was buttery and sweet.  Loved it.

Another bfast buffet stayed at F1 for a night and had a free breakfast. Overall experience at a presidential suite was great however when it came to dining it was not what I expected: a few items were good like pancit, congee and longganisa but they were running out of dishes and desserts and main dishes and they were not refilling as fast as possible. Waitress was not focus at all just not a good experience at their buffet, I love to walk in at hotels for brunch, lunch, or dinner but definitely not walking in F1.7.3.2015- had lunch at f1 today pretty quite, love the that theres not too much people, it cost 1300 per pax plus 100 for unlimited juice, liked: steaks, baked tanguige, apple cashew salad, grilled veggies thats it!!!

My team went to F1 All Day Dining for our Christmas lunch out.We had a discount, i think we only paid 900 each for a buffet.Though the food selection is few, the food here is very tasty. They have different tables for each variety of food (Pork, Pasta, Sushi, Desert, Salad, etc). You can also ask them to cook for you, there is a section where you can choose the ingredients and let the chef cook for you.I think it could be a perfect place to have a dinner. It would be perfect if they have a background music playing while you are eating.

F All Day Dining at F1 Hotel Manila BGC serves up a variety of cuisines without over doing it.F all day? Sound so NASTY!Anyway, we went F All Day for dinner at Php1399 per person. Got the window couch so it was overlooking the streets of BGC. The cafe has a tempura station, lechon kawali carving station, a pansit palabok station, some hot dishes from braised beef cheeks to chicken curry and fried rice. They also had some cheese boards, cold salads and chilled seafood (prawns and mussels). Then a dessert spread of cupcakes, cheesecakes, ice cream and hot chocolate.F All Day Dining might not be much compared to the other big hotels but it's nice and cozy, has free wifi and a very friendly kitchen and waitstaff who efficiently assists you to get the most of your dining experience.

Overall satisfying buffet. Food tasted good. Calm ambiance (not a lot of diners on a Saturday lunch). It can't compare to the big hotel buffets such as sofitel and shangrila in terms of quantity but those also do come with a much higher price tag.

After exploring the hotel, we all met up at F All-Day Dining where we got to enjoy a light Lenten lunch buffet featuring a soup and bread station, a salad bar, a main dish of your choice (well-prepped, done a la minute), and a dessert section. We picked from the following main dishes:Chicken Kushikatsu with Mango SauceBurnt Coconut Mahi-Mahi with Kewpie and Garlic ChiliTiger Prawns with Panko Sesame CrustEach had a unique flavor to it, but my favorite is the Chicken Kushikatsu! I just love the mango sauce it came with! (Also, I may have had more than one order....)
