Had a staycation at F1 Hotel and as result, we were given complimentary buffet breakfast. I was up for a lite brekkie, so I had the usual fried bacon and chicken and makis haha! These dishes taste basically ok. The place needs a bit of tidy-up. The resto's interiors are not that bad.

So what exactly can you find in the dining area of this classy, four star hotel? Well, great interior is seen. Wide selection of food is also available, comfortable seats are also evident. But the thing that really stood out here? The delicious desserts prepared. We ate here last Sunday, we were invited to a baptism and this place held the reception for the family and friends of the baptized baby. Very adorable child, by the way. Going back, I couldn’t help but drool as we waited for the host to arrive, as much as I wanted to dig in, that would rude. So waiting was a must. They soon arrived and we were finally able to eat, yay! I immediately headed for the Japanese food area, they had 3 types of Maki Rolls, a kani salad station and a soba station and of course, Tempura. I got two of the Maki rolls for I already had enough of ramen for the last few days. The first maki roll was good, it didn’t have fruits in it but it had fish and the classic Nori wrap around it. The other one was kind of like an ice cream cone, it already had the soy sauce and wasabi inside so I didn’t have a hard time eating it. I then headed to what seemed to be the American/Italian station. There were itty bitty burgers that were so cute! I got one and I tried their Spaghetti. The burger, according to my grandparents, was like something they had somewhere in the states. The Spaghetti was good too, it isn’t sweet like the typical Filipino Spaghetti. Moving on, I also tried their pumpkin soup. It was really rich and creamy. Something that ai would eat over and over again because it was really good. Now we move on to the section that deserves a gigantic spotlight, the desserts area. I just stood there with my jaw dropped as I tried to decide which one would I devour. A green dessert encased in a ramekin piqued my interest, I also tried what I assume as the red velvet chocolate cake. The green dessert was kind of like a Crème Brûlée pandan? It wasn’t overly sweet and was soft and creamy. I wanted more but unfortunately my stomach reached full capacity. The Red Velvet was good but I had tasted better. I also tried their Japanese Cheesecake but it kind of reminded me of a mamon. According to my grandma, the Tres Leche cake was really good. And my sister had two glasses of some sort of Chocolate pannacotta? Overall, the food was satisfying. Some downsides to this buffet was that they don’t really refill the food. So if you go there and you’re kinda late, I guess that the food that you will be choosing from is limited. Anyways, that’s all folks! When we arrive here b4 11am we are allowed to enter the resto, the place is untidy even the buffet is not yet started food are on the floor. Food choices are few or i mean fewer than few compare to other hotel's buffet. The food stood for me are the beef kare kare and spareribs. Only 2 cause choices are so few.Theirs no chinese section either. The interior is good but they should clean their place. The waiters are accomodating.

We had lunch buffet here on one of our anniversaries. I love their cheese and bread selection. I prefer buffets that are not overwhelmingly big such as this, Seda's and Manila Hotel's. They also had steak during that day and it met my expectations for a buffet. The waiters are polite and attentive.

Had their dinner buffet.. I loved their Spiced Carrot Spaghetti, creamy and delicious.  I went back for another serving.  Pritson-style Lechon had crispy skin and meat was tender.  I also liked the Sans Rival Bites, good presentation that it looked like french macaroon, filling was buttery and sweet.  Loved it.
