Spinach with Feta Cheese Salad (favorite pasta), Fresh Greens Salad, Chicken Citrus Pesto Pasta (favorite pasta), Creamy Mushroom Pasta, Chicken Longganisa Pasta, Beef Tapa, Quesadilla,  were all very yummy. Watermelon Shake, Banana Pineapple Orange Shake, Mango Shake, Citrus Shake were all very refreshing. A bit pricey for the single serving, but I guess that's the price you pay for healthier food. This is my go-to-shop when I am in need of organic produce,  herbal tea and tofu chips.  I am a regular customer at Echo.  Whenever I shop,  i make it a point to buy Filipino hence my affinity with Echostore.  This is the first market that offers locally sourced products.  Artisan, organic and healthy. Last visit was a couple of months back when i hoarded Spa In A Bottle,  Messy Bessy and Theo and Pilo.  Decided to swing by after work for some ice cream.  The odd thing is that whenever i am inside the shop,  compulsions happen,  i found myself buying artisan sea salt.  And then this happened.... Eureka!  They have Fog City Creamery! This local artisan ice cream brand introduced me to the wonderful union of sea salt and caramel during their humble beginnings at Mercato Centrale.  I've been a groupie since then.  I decided to try the Chili Chocolate-Dulce De Leche-Sea Salt Combo.  Got myself a small cup.  The verdict.  This is the sweetest ice cream in the milky way galaxy!  I nearly died of a sugar overdose.  I aint saying it's not good,  my tastebuds is not accustomed to extreme levels of glucose.  Sweet tooth tribe members would have a field day over this ice cream.  Picture this - Chocolate ice cream laced with dulce de leche syrup.  The chili and the salt is nowhere to be found.  Glucose levels aside,  the consistency of the ice cream is on point,  it's almost melt-proof.  I am still a fan of Fog City Creamery.   I guess I'm better off with the Calamansi Pili flavor next time.  P.S.  The Chili Garlic Sea Salt is awesome.  Packed with flavor,  best used for seasoning pasta.

One of the older restaurants here in Serendra. They promote local organic products, food, and produce. They have a mini grocery inside their restaurants where you can even get noodles made out of different vegetables. When hanging out here try their Pasta ala trio, their specialty. Tasty in every bite and something different than your typical meat sauce or carbonara. Pair that with Lemongrass ice tea. Refreshing and good for you.If you ever need fresh local and organic ingredients head over to EchoStore.#fatgirlsdayout

Light and hearty organic and locally made/grown food. It's my first time to eat here and I'll go ahead and say that this is now one of my favorite lunch places. Grilled chicken ceasar salad is so so good. I forgot to ask what they use in place of mayo on the bread but its amazing. (that comment comes from somebody who used to think that bread isn't edible without mayo.) I find the FILIPINO ICED COFEE a tad to sweet and creamy but I still love it. The highlight of the meal is the WARM MUSHROOM ARUGULA SALAD. Perfection. The service is excellent and my only comment is that I wish they had more spce so we didn't have to sit near the entrance where people who come and go pass by, the other tables were used as shelves for food stocks.

Went here because I love the previous reviews but I didn't enjoyed it. If you are a healthy eater or someone who loves herbs and organic foods you might it here, for me I don't. I was supposed to order a rice meal but they have a cut off for their rice meals, the cut off is 3pm. Ordered pasta ala trio instead (bestseller) and chicken longganisa pasta couple with iced chocolate and lemon grass tree. The drinks taste aweful, the iced chocolate taste like richoa dissolved in ice, the lemon grass tea is bitter and taste like medicine. I'm a person who likes to drinks lots of liquid when eating and so that put me off. The place is small and disorganized with racks full of their products and only a couple of tables. The serving for their pasta is small and good if you're on a diet because the foods are healthy and fresh but for someone who's hungry I won't recommend this place. The servers are also not friendly, when in the restaurant and no greeted us or assisted us to a table, once seated the server just placed the menu on the table. I asked the server what's on the pasta ala trio and the answer was a single word "herbs". Pasta ala trio actually tasted like pesto without the nuts and the chicken longganisa is actually carbonara with chicken longganisa toppings.
