October 1, 2018 Deckard came home with treats! He passed by Cupcakes by Sonja to get 2 of my favorite flavours:Salted Caramel - I love butter, caramel and flavours, whether in desserts or savory foods, where saltiness and sweetness are present. This is a perfect little delight of a cupcake that never fails to make me smile.Peanut Butter Nutella - waaahhhh! Nuff said, peanut butter + Nutella, heaven!I cannot choose between them which I like best but all I can say is eating both of them simultaneously was a great idea! Both cupcakes are complementary to each other.I couldn't really say though that I'm truly fine today. Deckard brought home these cupcakes because he knows what I'm going through right now. Another one in my side of the family has moved on. It's starting to look like a cosmic joke or a tragedy. Probably if I were younger I'd start questioning my faith in God. But I choose to believe still that there is a purpose for everything, that nothing happens in God's world by mistake.I choose to be grateful. These women whom I love so much, they have taught me many things. There is sorrow but I know they'd want me to keep going. So I take a bite of my cupcake and remember all the sweet memories I have of them.

Lively place to indulge your sweet tooth!Peppermint Fudge Cupcake was good, very minty topping. Supreme Chocolate Salted Caramel Cake is excellent. Rich, moist chocolate cake with lovely salted caramel. Gives a wonderful sweet and salty taste

Their cupcake is sooooo good! The only flavor I’ve tried is the red velvet. It is filling. Not too sweet with a good dollop of cream cheese frosting! I’ll definitely come back to try out other flavors. Btw, when we got there, only a few flavors were on display. Maybe it’s because around 7pm. I am not sure if they are already sold out at that time.
