#8 para sa 2016January 16, 2016Pumunta ako dito para magkape lang talaga. Hindi ko alam na meron din silang mga ala carte meal, so tinry ko nang dito na rin kumain ng hapunan. Yung kape na inorder ko ay mocha frappe something. Masarap naman pero masyadong mapait sa panlasa ko. Iniisip ko kung hihingi pa ba ako ng asukal pero tiniis ko na lang yung pait for a change lol. Lagi na lang kase matamis ang mga kape na iniinom ko. Ang inorder ko naman na pagkain ay pork adobo at medyo maarte ito dahil nakahiwalay yung sauce at may plating pang kamatis hehe. Anyway, nasarapan ako dun sa sauce, okay lang din yung kanin pero hindi ko bet yung karne, jusko ang tigas! Sumasama yung braces ko sa bawat nguya! Buti na lang maayos ang customer service nila. Lalo na yung kuya na naka-all black. Shout out sa'yo kuya, kase napaka maasikasuhin mo. Naa-anticipate mo ka'gad yung mga pangangailangan ng mga kumakain.At payo lang, dapay may signage kayo sa labas na hello, nagbebenta kami ng iba pang bagay bukod sa kape. Kase hindi aware yung mga tao. Medyo tini-take for granted tuloy nila ang tindahan niyo.

We went out for a last minute drink but I wasn't in the mood for coffee. I opted for the smoothie instead. We were served with Ripe mango and Grape Smoothies. My friend told me that it wasn't really a smoothie but a shake. It was served in these cute little trays that I find fancy. The couches were so plush and relaxing. It feels homey.

After a client meeting, I decided to continue working at this store. Here's my MVP for Coffee Empire.Meal: I ordered a club house sandwich, and a melon fruit juice. The Clubhouse with the usual potato chips on the side was really great. Crisp and not too salty. The sandwich is just the usual complete clubhouse. The melon beverage is so-so as well.Value: Both of my orders are quite pricy, although they offer more than the usual coffee shops, its heavy on the budget.Place: The staff are really accommodating, there's available outlet if you need to charge your laptop and gadgets. And the service was fast too. #

I finally got to see the Canal. It's as good as it looks on the photos. It's just short. Near there is this cozy, quaint coffee place.It's your typical coffee place to work. It had good coffee selection and not so good desserts. At least the Choco Peanut Butter I had wasn't. They have quite a list of desserts. I enjoyed here the Mango smoothie. They added something I couldn't get my taste buds in just yet. It's indeed smooth with a generous amount of Mango.

Good strong coffee. I ordered the cappuccino and they arrived in a fancy cup on top of a wooden saucer. It had also a design leaf on top which I look forward in a coffee shop. It's nice to have a non chained brew around the area.
