I used to buy my favorite smoothies here (Matcha Red Bean and Banana Cocoa) back when they still had competent people. However, I stopped visiting because the people that they have on this particular branch are highly irksome!Several times it takes them quite a while to tend to the people at the cashier because they're chatting their lives away. Imagine 3-4 people doing nothing while people are lining up. Their boisterous demeanor is unprofessional and highly off-putting.They also rarely have smoothies. I used to daily drop by before going home, so I know that they, "Don't serve smoothies in the evening" or "Wala po kasing gagawa" or whatever excuse they could cook up. If they ran out of supplies or if they all seemed too tired because it's already closing time, I wouldn't be surprised at all. But this happens on a daily basis, early in the evening and has been going on for months. (Yes, I've been patient enough to let it slide for months.)I recall that the last time I went in was when I asked if they had smoothies and one of them loudly told me, "Ma'am pumila ka nalang, sa counter nalang po.". It was way too embarrassing. Imagine seeing heads turn because it sounded like I was cutting the line.The worst of it is that they also have a male staff that seemed older than everyone else there. I do not know what he does there because I never saw him making drinks, go to and from the kitchen nor man the cashier. But he normally lingers outside the counter checking out all the female customers coming in, like a hungry predator. And no, it's not just a mere glance because my boyfriend and some other male friends who I was with on different occasions noticed it as well. So yeah, I'm definitely, not coming back.

We love milk tea. Ive been here twice. 1st was really like balik balikan mo.. and 2nd time namin,iba na ang lasa. Wlang consistency sa sweetness. Same level lang ng sweetness ung inorder ko.. some of the staff so sungit.

The place is relatively small and usually has a line due to the offices that are near by. I would recommend the pearl milk tea! Keep in mind that that you have the option to choose the amount of sugar, if not, drinks can be too sweet

Chatime already built a reputation as one of the best milktea place here in the metro. I love their basic pearl milk tea - right amount of creaminess and balance of tea. Their pearls were cooked well as well. This particular branch though is one of the busiest as it caters to almost all employees within the vicinity so expect a very long line.

This would be my fave hang out during lunch or my stress reliever 😁 So love the coziness of the place and ofcourse with my favorite Roasted Milk tea with coffee jelly or Passion fruit. I might try other flavors next time 😊 i just love Chatime💕

I love Chatime. But I had to give a 2/5 because of a certain employee. My friend asked if there's a Wintermelon Milktea here, not knowing that they don't offer it, the employee sarcastically said (with a loud voice) "Sa gongcha, serenity yon". Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the employee should've just suggested another similar drink or what. Hindi yung ang lakas pa ng boses at sobrang sarcastic. Sorry, ganun pala employees dito sa branch na 'to.

Their tea is meh. While their milk tea and other drinks aren't the best, I like the fact they have nice fries and a variety of food to choose from. Plus, they have wifi and outlets, making it an ideal space to work in.

We love Chatime drinks, however this branch (where we are patrons of), we've noticed the inconsistency of their drinks. There are days where it's too sweet, some days it's watered down. (We don't adjust the sweetness level, that's how we know about the inconsistency.) Like the rest of the days when we try to purchase drinks, the crew are either just standing around or kept passing the task back and forth to one another. Tinatamad, for the lack of a better term. Again, we love Chatime, however they need to re-train their crew in the service aspect of this branch. Ambience – 4/5Service – 1/5
