I used to buy my favorite smoothies here (Matcha Red Bean and Banana Cocoa) back when they still had competent people. However, I stopped visiting because the people that they have on this particular branch are highly irksome!Several times it takes them quite a while to tend to the people at the cashier because they're chatting their lives away. Imagine 3-4 people doing nothing while people are lining up. Their boisterous demeanor is unprofessional and highly off-putting.They also rarely have smoothies. I used to daily drop by before going home, so I know that they, "Don't serve smoothies in the evening" or "Wala po kasing gagawa" or whatever excuse they could cook up. If they ran out of supplies or if they all seemed too tired because it's already closing time, I wouldn't be surprised at all. But this happens on a daily basis, early in the evening and has been going on for months. (Yes, I've been patient enough to let it slide for months.)I recall that the last time I went in was when I asked if they had smoothies and one of them loudly told me, "Ma'am pumila ka nalang, sa counter nalang po.". It was way too embarrassing. Imagine seeing heads turn because it sounded like I was cutting the line.The worst of it is that they also have a male staff that seemed older than everyone else there. I do not know what he does there because I never saw him making drinks, go to and from the kitchen nor man the cashier. But he normally lingers outside the counter checking out all the female customers coming in, like a hungry predator. And no, it's not just a mere glance because my boyfriend and some other male friends who I was with on different occasions noticed it as well. So yeah, I'm definitely, not coming back.

We love milk tea. Ive been here twice. 1st was really like balik balikan mo.. and 2nd time namin,iba na ang lasa. Wlang consistency sa sweetness. Same level lang ng sweetness ung inorder ko.. some of the staff so sungit.
