Casa Marcos. I've always loved that they serve complimentary hot puffy mini pan de sal - where else can I get those warm buns (pls do tell me). One of the best paella in town is cooked to perfection in Casa Marcos. Homey ambiance with good white and red sangria to boot for a great bonding session with family and friends. Highly recommend the lengua and kalderetang kambing! Space is small not enough to wiggle around when resto is in full capacity. But hey, the food is the star!

Had dinner with officemates here last week. We liked almost everything we ordered: Prawns Thermidore (Amazing!)Spanish Sisig (the chorizo gives a nice flavor to this dish)Lengua Salpicao (really tender)Tapang Baboy Damo Adobo Flakes PandesalSpanish Sardines Pandesal (spicy)I heard their best seller is the Fried Beef Caldereta but it wasn't available at that time. The mini pandesal they serve is also nice. The entrees were served maybe 10-15 mins after we ordered. The pandesal sandwiches took unusually longer.

I regret visiting this resto. It's pricey for a small bread which is okay but the customer service really sucks! Also, They are so lazy on attending on their customer needs.

Their complimentary bread is simple but tasty and comforting. Paella con saffron was bursting with flavors, with generous toppings of pork, crabs, chorizo, shrimp and bell peppers. We will try their paella negra in our next visit. :-)

I always buy their pandesal bec they are so good and they are always fresh. You must try their pandesal sandwiches specially the adobo flakes and the roast beef sandwich. My favorite from their main menu is the lengua sevillanas, callos and of course their gambas.
