This restaurant is known for their baked oysters and that, I totally agree. From the plating to the taste, Via Mare really gives it all. We also ordered their crispy pata which didn't really leave an impression to me  (I think I like Gourdo's better) plus, it was a bit overcooked. Am I ever coming back? Yup! Dine here if you love Filipino food. :)

My mom loves to eat here after her check up. The food here are delicious Filipino dishes that opposes the common norms on hospital food. I love their rellenong bangus, singang na bangus belly and sinigang na karne. Beef kaldereta is also good. Wish they got more seats

Best bibingka ever! Perfect taste! Soft and chewy red egg plus heaps of butter and sugar with coconut! This is still the number 1 bibingka for me in the Philippines! A surefire classic forever!

Food was good. They actually serve one of tbe best kare kares I have ever tasted. The downside is that the service is really slow... Waited so long to have our orders served to us so I immediately requested for the bill as soon as the orders were served. Halfway to our lunch yet the bill was not yet given.. Good food but not the best place to go to when in a hurry, like on lunch breaks or in between errands.

Another place to sample Filipino food. Since we went there after lunch, we got mostly the desserts. We got a couple kinds of bibingka, puto bumbong, lumpia, lomie, and ensaladang bagnet. The highlight for me was the bibingka and the ensaladang bagnet. It was my first and only time eating bibingka, so far don't really have anything to compare it with, but I thought it was a a nice dessert with a mix of texture and sweet and savory. The ensaladang bagnet was super refreshing with citrussy dressing and super crunchy bacon like pork chips. Keep it up!

The sad yellow thing on the photo is an eggplant omellete. Yes, they fried the whole thing, even the stem. I want a big fan of this. I love eggplants but this was average. Then the sautéed ground pork made it below average. The flavor was weird. Like old weird. Like the kind that you know this meat should've been tossed last time the fridge was defrosted weird.PS. Check how different it is from the actual photo. *cries internally *

July 9, 2018 The tinapang bangus for 280 pesos was a solid delicious meal. It comes with garlic rice, creamy fluffy scrambled eggs and a vinegar chili dip. I prefer Via Mare and their plentiful rice meals compared to the other restos on the ground floor of St. Luke's BGC. The service was fast, the dishes served hot and they also have courteous wait staff.

The food was ok, but their customer service was terrible. My mother who is a senior citizen, sometimes forgets her ID and this was one of those days. I have a picture of her ID on my cellphone, because this is what I show in cases like this. So far, all restaurants that I go to accept the one I saved on my cellphone. . But it is only this restaurant whom I patronized for so many years, who did not accept it! They said they don't accept on cellphone. What's worst is this branch is at St. Luke's Global and to think that they would be more considerate. 😬 Never again will I eat at Via Mare nor will I bring my balikbayan family or friends here again!!!😠😠😠

I love their puto bumbong here i love the texture of the puto bumbong. However what i dont like is you have to pay extra 20 pesos for cheddar cheese.

Understaffed. When we were ready to place our order, the restaurant host who saw me raise my hand just completely ignored us. Food was served cold and lacks flavor.
