Cafe Naya is one of the newest restaurant to open at The Palace Manila. It has a Mediterranean feel which will make you think of rainforests, sea and summer. Cafe Naya is one of the brilliant brainchild of Erwan Huesaff and Chef Mikko Reyes. Most of their dishes will transport you to the pretty coast of Italy, France and Spain as they offer coastal cuisine. What we tried that night are more of dishes made of sea creatures like Tako and Scallop rolls, Tuna Crudo, Uni and Ricotta, and so on. Most of the dishes are premium priced considering that they are located in a prime spot in Bonifacio Global City. Make sure to bring your friends at Cafe Naya for recovery food after partying hard at Valkyrie or Palace Pool club. Cafe Naya has a nice selection of recovery food just for you, that I wish they also offer them during normal dining hours.More glimpse of the dishes you can try at Cafe Naya on my blog...

Café Naya’s concept centers on coastal cuisine, a shared platform of Mediterranean, Northern African and European island cooking. Their food is great! Actually I cannot wait to return and order Pulled Duck Confit, it was definitely worth every mouthwatering bite.

Cafe Naya serves coastal cuisine from France, Greece, Spain and Italy. To be honest, I tried this place since I have a huge crush on Erwan Heusaff and Ive heard he's a part owner. I was hoping to get a glimpse of him but sadly, he's nowhere to be found. LOL.Okay. Let's move on shall we? For the food, we had their Fried Oysters and Spicy Tako and Scallop Roll. I dig these two dishes since most of the time, I enjoy eating anything that's beer-battered or with sriracha mayo. Next we had the Warm Camembert - served with apple chutney, crispy bacon, habanero balsamic and toast. I love this one too. The mixture of all the ingredients were interesting. My favorite dish for the night was the Pulled Duck Confit. So creamy, perfect with the foie mousse and arugula. I was a bit disappointed with 24 hour short ribs. Tasted a bit bland and could use more salt or seasoning. Prices are quite steep for its serving size. I still wanted to order some more but Im limited to a certain budget.Service was great. Staff are well-trained and speaks good English. Will be back - with my parents next time so we get to order more! Haha 😂😄#zomatoph #yummiez
