What once was a place I considered a second home, now a shell of its former self. Brewhilde has proven itself to be that one shining light when it came to cafes until tragic managerial changes were set in place. While I have no qualms with the food, I can certainly guarantee that the coffee quality has diminished greatly after former long time staff members quit due to unsavory changes that they no longer felt okay with. The aesthetic remains nice, but definitely lackluster in comparison to how it was before. When it comes to ambience, all is well until the new manager pipes up and urns the cafe into a palengke with her loud and obnoxious voice ringing throughout the establishment. Ultimately, she was a great reason for me, a loyal regular, to stop visiting and for the staff to stop working there. While I still acknowledge Brewhilde as an okay cafe for those who just wish to stop over and have a cup of coffee, it's not a place I recommend for those truly seeking a good cafe experience.

Food is decent. Very reasonably priced. Porterhouse steak is OK, but nothing extraordinary. However its at 285 php so you get what you pay for. Service is great.

The address is incorrect. The coffeeshop is far from Fti. It is within the Acacia Estates community. I come here 8AM weekends for my quiet time and a good cup of coffee. For a coffeeshop, the food selection is good. 👍🏽
