Food: 3/5Service:3.5/5Ambience: 3/5Price: 3/5My to go fast food chain when I just want a quick bite of fish and chips. Disappointed with the bingsu as it taste like mango powder.

Bonchon is known for it's flavored chicken. It's still on point up to this day. Although they expand their menu and now have variety of options which will make you feel so Korean. I recently tried a take out order of Fish and Chips. I must admit I'm slightly disappointed because the fries doesn't look good. The serving for an up size isn't worth it too. Honey Citrus flavored fish looks like they run out of flavoring. Not sure if that's a thing for fish meals because it's a diet meal? But for a P175 solo meal I can say it's not worth the money. As for their Mango Bingsu, I liked how fine their shaved ice is. Taste good as it is. On a plus side, their take out orders served quite faster now. Good Job Bonchon Venice. 👍Next time I'll order again in Bonchon, I'll see to it I order what I usually order, the Soy Garlic Chicken and their version of Bibimbowl. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Chicken and Bibimbowl🌟🌟🌟 Fish and Chips

June 26, 2017No surprises that the mall was crowded due to the holidays. Almost all the restos lining the canal were full since we went out to have lunch at the peak of dining time. So we went for the tried and tested attempt to dine in a resto near the pigeon feeding area. Not a lot of people eating there as we suspected. We headed to BonChon since the partner wanted to eat Korean Beef Stew (Php155) while I kinda craved for Beef Bibimbowl (Php155). I haven't been to a lot of Korean restos so painting a comparison with other Bibimbop is kinda pointless but what I had is a tad salty. The girl behind the counter could use some congeniality. Pricing was okay and food choices were sufficient but not too extensive.

Wala ata tagang Bon Chon na hindi mabagal ang serbisyo pero dito na ata ang pinakamalala. Ang okay lang ata dito ay mabait sila kapag gusto mong ipadouble coat ang manok.

I've gone crazy over this snow-ice mango cheese cake, tastes so good! And their honey-coated chicken is a big 👍🏻. Not to mention my ever favorite seafood bibimbap and bulgogi soup on the side-complete my day😊😘

BonChon Chicken is known for their wings with various flavors. From Soy Garlic, Honey Citrus, Spicy, and Crunchy Garlic. I ordered their Spicy wings. Along with the wings, I also ordered their seafood platter and kimchi coleslaw. Bon Chon's Chicken wings were nice and crunchy. The spicy glaze that I chose was delicious. However, I wanted more glaze on my wings. There were areas where there wasn't much glaze. The wings also weren't very moist. They were a bit dry but the overall taste is nice. For me, their seafood platter is better than their wings. I like the breading on the seafood. It was very flavorful. The fish fillet was my favorite part. It was nice and moist. The squid however was a bit tough and chewy. Everything else was great but that. I also ordered a side of kimchi coleslaw. It tasted really good. The spiciness of the kimchi balances out with the sweet creamy slaw. The feeling that it gives you a bit of spice but cools you down afterwards. Overall, the taste of the food here, is average. It's good but nothing worth recommending. I guess I would come back here if I crave wings and if I'm on a tight budget. It wouldn't be my wing place. I know that there are better wings out there.

I am having a BonChon streak last week. Blame it on their Chicken Bibimbowl. I tried their Matcha Bingsu out of curiosity. I forgot how much i paid for this but i am pretty certain than it is less than 100 bucks. And i realized that this is a bang for your back kind of thing the moment i saw the abundance of matcha powder in it *woo-hoo*I aint gonna compare this to the upscale Bingsu joints as it wouldn't be fair. All i can say is that BonChon managed to come up with a decent tasting shaved ice dessert with a lesser price tag. They delivered in the taste department too, i see and i taste matcha.

Bonchon Chicken branches are everywhere. This Korean chain is a sure threat to local fast foods as people keep on patronizing it.They're famous for their fried chicken covered with that unique coating or breading. But honestly, I only eat it once in a while because it's too oily. Among the chicken flavors to choose from, I prefer soy garlic. For me, it has the most compatible taste with the chicken.I admire that despite being a fastfood chain, they offer salad. The salads just taste average though.I usually get breakfast in this branch located at the second floor of Venice Piazza. Brewed coffee here is good! Their chicken chops with rice and egg also tastes good. However, avoid their french toast. It's too oily and the syrup is too sweet. This branch usually gets crowded during lunch time. Majority of my experiences of customer service here were okay.

I needed some good Korean fast food the other day and thankfully there is a Bonchon branch near my office in Mckinley Hill. Their Chicken Bibimbowls are value for money and for 155 bucks it had a decent soup with a drink to it.  I even added their mini chicken poppers with soy garlic flavor to satisfy my craving.  I would definitely return to this joint more as it had good service and cleaner ambiance for this branch.
