Giving a 1-star for service. It was a Friday night and we decided to celebrate our friend's birthday here at BBW. I've been here a couple of times before and I really liked their craft beers that's why I recommended this place to them. When we came in, the seats were all occupied. No problem at first, we just sat outside and waited for a table inside to be vacated. When one did, my friend asked a personnel if the 4 of us can occupy the vacated table. The personnel (personnel A) said yes so we transferred inside. It was near the server's area. When we asked for an extra seat from a different personnel (personnel B), he told us na hindi raw kami pwede roon (we cannot occupy that table). Our friend then politely told him about personnel A who said we could. Personnel B then let us occupy the table. Now this is where it got somewhat bad. Remember our table was near the server's area. Personnel B kept on repeating to his co-workers the phrase "Pwede raw eh. Wala eh, pwede raw eh." ("They said they could, can't do anything about it, they said they could.") and honestly, the pagparinig/aside was humiliating for us and our friend who was celebrating her birthday because her seat was the one nearest to them and she can hear them clearly. I work in a customer-service establishment also so I somewhat try to emphatize, but the pagpaparinig/aside was definitely unwarranted imo.With the bland cocktails, this was definitely the sourest taste that night.In other visits, craft beer and gin were ok. Maybe try to get those instead. For these drinks, 4-stars.

Just revisited this place a while back. A lot has changed. Menu’s changed - way too pricey for the taste and service. They’re now offering free appetizers that are displayed on top of cupboard in the open (no cover whatsoever). The sangria sucks, tastes like medicine; I couldn’t taste the wine because there was too much fruit in the ceramic pitcher. One of the wait staff has colds at that time; keeps sneezing and touching nose while tending to customers. Interior still has the same cool rustic vibe.

The place is good enough for drinking and hanging out with friends. I had casear's salad and was disappointed. The dressing wasn't tasty. No chicken on the salad. The lettuce- mostly Lollo Rosso so a tad bitter.Got to commend their attendants though. They were all very professional and quick. Maybe I just got the bad casear. Will definitely give this place another chance again nevertheless.

Going here was a good idea for a catch up date with my blockmates 😊 the place was really cozy and the staff were really kind! I only tried their sangria cause it was so good! One best ones I’ve tried and it was worth the price too. I liked it because it had that cinnamon-y taste 👍🏾 definitely going back here next time!! Wish they had a branch in Alabang area 😁

Servings are small, waiters are not as attentive nor as pleasant as one would expect of the quirky vibe of the place. I would rate this a 3 of 5 overall because 1) their food isn’t that appetizing 2) ordered for mojito 1+1 and specifically told the waiter that we’ll finish the drinks first set first before deciding on the second set but he assumed that all 4 drinks would be mojito. Wanted to try their spicy mai tai but wasn’t able to because of his assumption. Would I come back? Maybe not.

The first thing you will notice here is how cozy the place is. The food were mostly ok. The pizza tasted bland as i had to put some salt before I enjoyed it. The duck jerkey was nice and flavorful. Their tapa was very flavorful and satisfying. The crispy pork belly was tender and seasoned well. The wings hand a nice addictive flavor. All the serving proportions were just right.
