After having ramen for lunch, we decided to have gelato for dessert. Since we were in Burgos Circle, Bar Dolci came to mind. They offer a wide selection of gelato and French macarons. We chose the salted caramel and hazelnut Nutella, both best-sellers. Both flavors were delightful. But hey, they are best-sellers anyway, right? By the way, there’s a score board on the wall. You get a point for every visit and if you get high enough points (I couldn’t remember the exact number) you get a freebie, and you get to have your name on their Wall of Fame :D Wall of Fame? Now, that’s something Yna and I can’t wait to have our names on.

My first visit with Bar Dolci was 4 or 5 years ago. They have this wall where they tally how many gelato you purchase and it will all add up every time you visit and had some gelato. I heard they have new flavors of gelato, worth checking out. All I can remember is the ferero gelato and my all time favorite pistacio...

Bar Dolci, located in the Burgos Circle area of Bonifacio Global City, remains my unbeaten favorite when it comes to Ferrero-flavored ice cream! It's soooo good I can't really comment much on other flavors as I keep coming back for it. The staff are friendly and attentive too!I recommend the beef bureka, the fresh bread and, of course, the top-notch gelato. My favorite is the bubble gum (it tastes like bazooka bubble gum) and I mix it with Manhattan cheesecake. On the other hand, the boyfriend loves the salted caramel and cappuccino. Either way, you can't go wrong. Don't forget to try one of their scrumptious macarons (in various flavors). The place is well air-conditioned. It has seating for 6 downstairs and probably 20 upstairs. They also have seating for about a dozen outside.

Bar Dolci has always been my favourite go to for gelato and that macaron fix. Their consistency, texture and flavours are simply world-class! On this specific visit I had their Thai Tea ice cream which was nothing short of what actual Thai tea is like. I kidded with the sales assistant that I'd have it since they didn't offer it on their beverage menu and she so kindly offered to make it into a Gelato shake for me - the closest I can get to it. Haha! How nice! But I was here for ice cream so i stuck to its actual solid form & added some vanilla-pistachio to it.Never disappointed, always satisfied. Thank you!

One of the best Gelato in manila! I felt bad though as we went there full already, I saw the pasta and pizza on the other table which looked very good.
