My first website experience was at Banapple Market Market. We ordered pasta and chicken basil rolls in creamy sauce. Tho it took a while for us to be seated because of the long queue, food was yummy and thankful to the lady manager who explained how website works. Restaurant staffs are nice as well.

The staff is just not friendly at all.Probably because it's almost 10 pm.The food is still good as usual and the servings were generous.Ordered the chicken parmigiana .Also noticed that they left the empty tables uncleaned a bit longer than expected (noticed this twice) .Got to enjoy the gold privilege here. Will try the Veniece branch some other time.

Really bad service. Was early for an appointment in the nearby areas (came at 11:20) and i had to yell twice and say, "hello?" Plus the staff were audibly fighting with each other inside the kitchen while I waited.Staff were rude and unhelpful and dismissive. Also got my order coffee wrong. I ordered a latte and they gave me brewed coffee with milk. I was charged with a latte. I tried to complain but the staff seemed so busy. But the savory pie is still good. I mean at par with all the other banapple branches. Will I go back in this branch? Maybe not unless I am just ordering take out.

I ate here yesterday because I think it's the only restaurant in Tuscany which opens early so I had my (heavy) breakfast. Service is good. Staff were very welcoming. It was relaxing inside.Since I love pasta, I ordered the protein-packed Trio of Sausages Fettucine. It was big in serving (good for two, but a heavy eater like me can finish it alone). It has generous serving of bits of hungarian sausage, chorizo, and longganisa. It was creamy and I like it. It comes with the pesto butter bread which should be consumed while it's hot. I like it as well. Since the pasta was creamy, I like to clean my plate with that bread and get all the sauce left haha.I also ordered a slice of Dark Chocolate Tiramisu Cheesecake. A slice of that cake is big enough (I was unable to eat it all). The top part is the creamy part that has that coffee taste in a tiramisu. The middle layer is the cheese part and the dark bottom layer is the bread-like part and it has solid dark chocolate as well.

2nd time here in Banapple McKinley branch & they never fail 🥰 I really love the scrambled eggs and garlic(?) fried rice and the longganisa was surprisingly soft. Grabe yung combination!!! This is now added to my list of comfort food 😌 I would rate the lasagna & chicken parmigiana 3/5 bc it was good but not really my type ✌🏻

The food was great but the service ruined it. They're very slow. It took around half an hour to serve our meal and it's not hot anymore compared to our other orders. Also when I asked to take out my pancake, they didn't include even my left over butter and maple syrup. Note that i requested to add more butter upon takeout. They only gave me the pancake. nothing more. Also, we waited over 10 minutes for the takeout but since we got bored we went to the cashier to get it already. Only to find out that they forgot to give it to us. It's already been packed for takeout, just sitting there at the cashier.

It's been a while since we last ate at Banapple for fear that I might validate what I have been hearing from people recently that the quality has gone down. Sad to say the two plates we ordered did confirm it. Ordered the glazed and caramelised pork tocino and savory longganisa. Portion wise, I think they were able to maintain the size, both orders came with creamed scramble egg and garlic rice. The egg however was noticeably dryer and less fluffier compared to before. The rice served wasn't warm at all. The tocino tasted a lot like Pampangga's best which you can get from most supermarkets and not the type you would expect from a proper restaurant. Thankfully the longganisa was just as tasty as before. I hope they get their act together and give people a reason to love them back again.

Still the best banoffee pie in town! I really love their pasta and cakes here. Will definitely come back but I hope they fix the interior, tables, and chairs of the shop.

This was one of the few restos before the Venice Grand Canal was opened. My friends miss the food and we decided to have a quick dinner. We ordered our usual favorites. Hickory smoked BBQ ribs, lasagna roll ups, trio of sausage fettuccine and baked creamy cheese penne. The taste and quality is the same. Everything was delicious. We walked in hungry and came out happy and full. ❤️🤗
