We went to the Mckinley Hill branch to avail of the Eatigo promo - we reserved the 4pm slot for 50% discount on total food bill (excludes crabs, sets/promos and drinks). It was still a good deal despite the exclusions, we saved ₱655, got 2 pounds of shrimp and 3 cups of rice. We really love the Bag O’ Momma sauce - it’s spicy and garlicky with some other spices. The Butter Garlic sauce was still good but just so-so. It’s the best reservation app for a website like me!I didn’t give this branch a perfect score because: 1) they ran out of the disposable aprons that are normally provided to customers to avoid splatters from the sauce especially when peeling the shrimps, 2) I asked for a spoon and a fork and they said they didn’t have any forks and limited spoons only because they encourage customers to eat with their hands. I’m not sure if this is a new policy but last year when we ate in their Megamall branch there was no such guideline, and 3) they have too many Eatigo restrictions such as they are the first restaurant I have encountered that requires cash payment only if the Eatigo discount was availed.But food-wise, again the Bag O’ Momma shrimps is so good that I gave a 4 out of 5 stars.

I can't think of what I like about this place. Basically, nothing! The staff are not attentive. The amount of what you pay for does not match on the food that we ordered, too pricey! The way the food was presented , it's like you"re eating in a canteen. Such a waste of time visiting this branch.

Meeting my friends at Mckinley Hill last Friday night was super uber fan. I'm a little bit late due to heavy traffic at EDSA, well it always traffic here nothing new... 😃When the time I arrived at Bag 'O Shrimp they already ordered Big 'O Momma and Garlic Butter composed of Shrimps, Clams, Mussels, Sausages and Corns, 1 bag each. This is not my first time in Bag O' Shrimp, and I am thankful with my friends at least they include Big O' Momma in their orders. I asked the waiter just to add rice and soda for me. 😜It's almost an hour when they served our orders, I don't know what our seafood bags take so long to served, maybe because of the cooking time? 👎🏼 The restaurant was not that full that time... Hmmm... Maybe they need to adjust in servicing the customers' order fast. Among the 2 seafood bags we got, Big 'O Momma dominates the flavors. The bag of shrimps is too pricey, although the Bag o Momma was good mixed but the shrimps per order is way pricey, the mussels was good we had it butter and garlic. Staff needs training! there were like 4 of them but in a tiny place but they can't attend to us. Asked for corn to be shredded, she serve it without a spoon, so how am i gonna eat it if my hands has plastic gloves? The experience was not worth it. This is should be a 2.5 but I like the mussels and O Momma mixed I will give it a 3 then..

Space is a bit tight and parking in this area is a bit of a challenge, but other than this, food is good.Pros:- Shrimps and mussels are always fresh (been here 3x already)Cons:- Price is a bit higher than other local seafood restaurants- tight space inside- parking is a bit of a challenge especially during dinner time- staff are indifferent to customers. They should try to be more accommodating.- they dont serve GARLIC RICE :(- they dont serve non-spicy flavors, although the mildest level is tolerable, I hope they can find a way to come up with a level 0 spicy flavor.

Bag O'Momma is my shrimp meal go to place. They have nice ambiance. It's flavorful and tasty boiling crab recipe is perfect. However, it is too pricey!!!

Been here many times and will always come back.Our family enjoy our meals in this place. Tightly spaced but it’s the food we love.We always order a pound of prawns and 500 grams of mussels in two separate dishes lemon pepper and garlic butter then normally adds corn. Enough for 4 people of 2 men and 2 women. We spend a little over a thousand everytime. Not bad at all! You should try their iced tea 😊Be careful climbing the stairs to wash your hands or visit the loo.By the way, they only accept cash payments.

food is always good but service has definitely gotten worse. had to wait for 45 minutes to be served. water alone took 30 minutes to arrive. water! and the servers seemed to have a conflict where one wasn’t helping the other tend to guests in spite of the other asking for assistance. not inclined to come back because of this. terrible.
