I’ll like the ambiance. I ordered the lechon belly by the servers recommendation. The lechon was great, very tasty and fulfilling the crave, the gravy was nice as well. The reason of the 3 rate is because rice is not included in above then 400 pesos lechon meal. What’s lechon without rice? You charge over 400pesos for lechon and cheapening over rice?

When looking for good filipino food at the fort. Head over to Serendra and try Abe, they have been consistently serving great filipino traditional cuisine. We recommend having the following:Knock out knuckles, sinigang na bayabas and the baby squid in olive oil. They top their crispy pata with a generous amount of fried garlic and its so crispy with tender meat inside.Definitely one of our favorites!

First time to try Abe in BGC. Good comfort food and the servers are very attentive to our needs. I hope they expand in Makati. We are happy with the juice selections too

Well known restaurant for classic Filipino dishes over more than a decade.We had Suam of Fresh Corn (good); Laing with Tinapa (excellent) and Manyamang Beef Asado (very good). Tge last is a Filipino fiesta dish of top quality beef in a lovely asado sauce.

Very bad experience and I would not come back here. It took so long to catch a waiter's attention. There were so many of them but they would not look at you to attend to you. Several dishes were not available. When we decided on a dish, we were not informed that it was not available until after 15 minutes. When we asked why, they could not give a good explanation. Very bad service.

Abe is becoming one of my go to places whenever I crave for Filipino food. The food here is pricey but worth the once in a while splurge. My favorites here are the Gising gising and The Day After. Today we tried their Pritong Baby Hito and it was really good! Service could be improved. The last time we dined here they had more attentive servers despite the restaurant being full.

Was pretty excited to eat here because of the good reviews from my colleagues. However, I must say that it did not meet my expectations.We had guests from abroad so we chose this filipino restaurant.Here are some of my comments on the food.- Crispy tadyang was crispy, but it was all crisp. Flavor was lacking. It was a bit dry too.- The mutton adobo was very garlicky and flavorful, but it was not a good representation of adobo.- The binukadkad na plapla was good, tender meat and fried to a crisp.- Bulalo was flavorful and soothing, beef was melt in your mouth.- The baby squid in oil tastes good, but the squid was kn the mushy side.- The bamboo rice tasted no more than mildly flavored rice.Servings were a bit small, service was great though. Overall an ok meal. but for me, this is not a good representation of the filipino food.
