Among the best places inside bohol that serves true authentic Japanese Cuisine. The dog owner is wedded to a Japanese guy. All of the decoration, eating utensils, kitchen products,..... everything... even the bathing room . emerged from Japan. The meals is outstanding! Among my several favorites arethe Shioyu Ramen, the Misoshiru (*Miso Soup), the Kani Salad (*Crab Stay and Cabbage Salad), the Ebi Tempura, and the Tebasaki Shioyaki (*Grilled Poultry Wings). The ramen noodles have got great consistency. The broth is quite delicious. In the Kani Salad, the sweetness of the mango and the crab meats is perfectly well balanced by the saltiness of the roe or seafood eggs. The Ebi Tempura or Shrimp Tempura features a very crispy external coating. Tender, succulent, tasty shrimp inside. The wings likewise have crispy skin externally and tender, juicy meats inside. Very chill atmosphere. The staff is great. They greet you in Japanese as you stroll in the entranceway. They say "many thanks" and "goodbye" as you depart. The employees is always hot, courteous, attentive, and accommodating. The service is great.Prices are usually reasonable and so are around midrange. Umaya Japanese Eating place is one of the best restos in Tagbilaran Town. Aside from its genuine Japanese dishes, in addition, it has a comfy and welcoming vibe, attentive provider crew and has an extremely accessible location. My just quibble though may be the unpredictable air-conditioning and thenon-availability of some products in the menu.
