We were a big team on a busy weekend break so services was understandably slow and a little confused. I acquired the prime rib also it was quite disappointing, and the Yorkshire pudding has been barely edible. My chair mate was evidently served a more substantial steak thanshe ordered therefore shared some with me. Resturant has a great reputation, so anticipations are high. People of Tagaytay Country Golf club and guests only. Had aged People Angus Ribeye 15oz (about 400g) for about PHP3400 (A$85). Steak was great (asked for and obtained medium rare), but very costly, sides were includedbut substandard. A highlight has been entree sizzling US scallops. Escargot entree had been also good. we were fortunate and felt privileged to be invited by way of a member who been a detailed friend of 3 decades previous. the dining experience has been filled up with pricey delectable foods (see pictures), nostalgic conversations & hearty laughters. the baby back again ribs i orderedwere tender and of the proper consistency. even though shared, we still cannot finish the whole lot. the breads for appetizer was an excellent start. we did not really require a second round however the servers initiated to provide us a second assisting because all seven folks devoured the three huge pieces formerly served on our desk. the mountain breeze was cool more than enough so we kept the air conditioning equipment on at room temperature. general, we loved each other's company regardless of the time and length that divided us as friends.
