If you're lookin for a classy dining Steak Dinner with your date, bring her/him here. The Tagaytay view is just remarkable! The entire place like a compound of restaurants here have a good taste and has really kept this place neat and beautiful. I am really in awe and wondering why my family haven't gone to this place even for once.Owner and Chef Paul Huang gave us a warm welcome and a delicious sample of their best selling soup, steak anf dessert.PUMPKIN SOUP hot orange soup with pumkin flavor. It's thick and perfect to warm your throat on a cold windy Tagaytay weather.AUSTRALIAN SIRLOIN with Red wine shallot sauce, silky mashed potato and veggies. It is cooked medium rare, still moist and tender and every bite is indeed pleasurable.Malibu poached pineapple carpaccio withCandied Brandy basket and coconut ice cream!!!!!!I am very very delighted with this dessert. It is home made and eating it with a little bit of everything is the secret.Thank you so much! This is my first time here in this side of tagaytay and I'm glad I discovered it along with my website peeps. 😊

Habanero Kitchen is definitely a hidden gem among the tall rise buildings and busy streets of cubao. It is located at the cubao expo within araneta city. I came to know about this place from a food group i follow on FB and the reviews were amazing, the food were gastronomically pleasing. I went here to celebrate my birthday with parents and below are my notes, tips and suggestionsPlace is full during weekends plus they have limited tables so better message them on their social media and have a reservation. I came with 2 senior parents (they don’t encourage this but you can at your own risk) if you prefer a cooler place, you can reserve a table at the 2nd floor, otherwise the ground floor is fine and is near the bar. Alfresco dining is also nice. Since it is my 1st time to dine in and they have popular dishes, i decided to preorder. Sent them a message on FB with the list of food that i like and you can always add more once you are at the restaurant. 1. My reservation was between 4:30 to 5:00 pm. Came in just before 5 pm. There were plenty of parking spaces. We went to the restaurant and they immediately recognized me although they pointed me to a seat at the ground floor but my reservation was at the 2nd floor, i informed them and they made the adjustments quickly. 2. We were seated at the 2nd floor and the fan was immediately turned on. Rj, who was our server, introduced himself and explained everything that we need to know. He turned on the ac after a few minutes. Since i preordered our food, all RJ needs to do is to reiterate it to me and he handed over the drinks menu, they have limited drinks at that time but good thing i have water with me. All the utensils were sanitized and kept in individual plastic. Food order:1. Oyster sisig - very yummy. Has a lot of umami flavor and best eaten with rice 😬2. Margherita Truffle Pizza - omg. Love. love. Love. A bit of sweetness, savory truffle taste and surprisingly light.3. Lengua Springrolls - i don’t normally eat lengua, but this i can eat.4. Lechon Habanero Heat Level 1 with Mustasa and Buro - amazing! It’s packed with flavor and even though the heat level is only 1, it can be spicy after eating for sometime. I wish they can make another version which is not spicy and just add a spicy sauce on the side for those who cannot eat spicy at all. Goes well with Buro (which according to my mom who doesnt like buro, this is very good) and mustasa5. Caldereta Longganisa with Burnt Cabbage- surprisingly i can taste the caldereta! And cabbage was yummy6. Kilawin sa Gata - very nice presentation and very refreshing. Suggest to use maybe tanguige next time 7. Habanero Turon - turon with a twist! Love that it was not so sweet and if you wish you can eat with the coffee cotton candy for a modern take to a classic filipino dessert snack! Beautiful plating too! 8. Habanero Ice Cream - Show stopper. Very contemporary. A bit of kick from the habanero but goes well with the cheesecake By the way, they also tried their best to remove any cilantro that maybe in the dish since my parents doesn’t like it.Overall, we had a great time at habanero kitchen! Would like to try more from the menu and i hope they can have other branches soon!Big thanks to our Server, kuya RJ! Every server should follow your footsteps! Galing!
