My favorite restaurant in Tagaytay. I love their four cheese flatbread and of course their white sauce with mushroom and spinach( i forgot how they call it). You should also try their olive oil icecream.

Decided to use the Php 1,000 that came with our Taal Vista Hotel room package in this restaurant and we were not disappointed. The lobster fettucine was flavorful, the tomato based sauce lending itself wonderfully to the well cooked lobster. The grilled turmeric chicken was properly tender and also went great with the tzatziki dressing and the coconut rice. Service is warm and polite, and the servers are well-versed in making suggestions. The ambiance was casual and relaxed for lunch when we were there. Will be back to try their other dishes.

🌟Really Delicious Food🌟First up, I want to comment in the excellent food. Very well presented, very well cooked and the flavours were spot on! I was here for a few days with friends and when we came to taza for lunch we were the only diners! Service was obviously quick due to no one else being in the restaurant. The staff were very nice and caring towards us.Thanks you for the lovely lunch!

We ordered their 4 cheese flat bread, duck and mushroom lasagna and grilled turmeric chicken with coconut rice. Overall, we enjoyed good food in a romantic place with an accommodating staff. 👌

We ordered the Four Cheese pizza which was about 10 inches. Very thin crust and it's yummy! We were only 2 so that was good enough for us. Then we ordered the avocado ice cream! Highly recommended! Made from real avocado...but a bit on the sweet side. Less sugar with have made it perfect !

The view of Taal Lake from Taal Vista Hotel's grounds is decent, and Taza is conveniently located outside the hotel, near the grounds, a few steps away from the viewing deck. What I liked most about this place is the ambience inside the restaurant. Their music selection is soothing. The servers carry themselves in a professional manner. Tables are spaced adequately. The overall environment is warm.Food tasted fresh and felt clean on the palate, but was all too mild for my liking. The Grilled Turmeric Chicken had a gently crisp exterior and was juicy inside. The taste of turmeric wasn't overpowering, but the chicken could use a bit more seasoning. I was not a fan of the tzatziki. I expected a tart yogurt base but theirs had none of the sourness and body of yogurt. I didn't see any cucumber shreds, nor could I taste a hint of it. Dill and/or mint was non-existent, or was not evident enough. The Molten Chocolate Cake was light and delicious. The ice cream on top was a great complement to the cake, though I had hoped for the taste of quezo de bola to shine through. The tablea chocolate was rich in taste but light in texture.Food seems a bit overpriced. The rest of the menu items may offer more potential. We came here in the afternoon, and I imagine having an even better experience dining in the morning or at sundown.

In this post: Taza's Breakfast Buffet After a festive dinner and a luxurious yet relaxing overnight stay, our morning was welcomed with an array of food selections from Taza's breakfast offerings. Cold Cuts and Cheese. Make your own Salad. The breakfast buffet includes make-your-own salad, breads and jams, cold cuts and cheeses, pasta, potato wedges, cereals, and more. We were also handed a menu for freshly cooked morning starters such as below:

Taal Vista Hotel will always have a special place in my heart, because it was the very first place wherein I ever had a Staycation at as a blogger. After one stay there, I realized how much I wanted to delve into travel as well, which opened up a floodgate of invites for me as a blogger.

Perhaps one of the best if not the best restaurants in Tagaytay. Taza offers a fusion of Modern Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. It offers dishes with nothing but the freshest Ingredients from their salads that is as complex as any dish in the menu with layers and layers of different flavors waiting to be unlocked in every bite you take, to their duck lasagna that offers a unique take on the italian staple with its tender meat stacked upon layers of pasta drizzled with cheese and duck infused gravy. The service is great as well coupled with a scenic ambiance. Taza is a destination dining gem waiting to be discovered.
