Simply Epic Cafe can be an industrial themed cafe that serves comfort meals and various refreshments. According to Joyce, among the owners, this is of the cafe's title originated from the words "basic" because of the minimalist style and "epic" because of the food anddrinks. The cafe is close to a chapel and a garden they both owned, too. Joyce and her partner made a decision to place it up being an output of these creative side and like in cooking and producing their own specialty beverages. Both of these have current careers in Metro Manila plus they only open up the cafe on Saturdays and Sundays.
