I love this Shakey's restaurant as it is where we often go to after doing the groceries. The staff here is nice and pleasant, and the place just has that comfortable and fun feel to it. The pizzas, thin crust please, is also always cooked well. I love their Pepperoni Crunch Pizza!

I have loved shakey's pizza since the day i have tried it. I don't really know why, but shakey's will always be my number 1 choice for pizzas. My friends and i went to tagaytay to bond and we decided to order shakey's and stay at their rest house. We ordered 2 Hawaiian pizzas, 1 box of chicken with mojos and a box of calamari. I never really liked their chicken but i do love their mojos. So when they order their chicken, i just don't eat it. Like all the time.. Mojos and pizza was really good as usual and we enjoyed it. We were a bit disappointed with their calamari because they just gave us a few pieces. It was not even worth the price we paid. We felt really ripped off. It was the first time that this happened to us. Every time we order calamari in Manila, they give us the right amount. So we were all shocked when we saw just a few pieces of calamari. :/Food was okayService was a bit slowPlace was a bit crowded and messyI think that they should improve more on the ambiance and service so that customers may have a more pleasant experience in Shakey's.

It’s been a long time since we’ve had Shakey’s. The reason is that their servings seem to be too salty. However, my mother is craving pizza so we decided to give it another try and we’re not disappointed since the old salty dishes were replaced with flavorful meals.

Just ordered 1 pizza for take out. 1 PIZZA. And we ended up waiting for almost an hour. And those who dined in that came after us was served first. We followed up and complained a few times but still.... WE WERE ASKED TO WAIT. WAITING FOR AN HOUR JUST FOR 1 SMALL PIZZA IS BULLSHIT. And the staff werent even accommodating. They obviously didnt care that there were complains.

This is the best Shakeys I've ever been, my expectations were always Wowing.. I hope all that staff and managers are going to give all their commitment and hardwork for the success of this Store... But I also hope that it will be transferred to a larger shopping mall around Tagaytay someday..

Mojos and chicken.  This combination is what I got in this particular branch.  Once again, it never fails to satisfy my cravings.  I also like their pizza bianca.  I only recently got the chance to taste this and it continues to make my day.  The white sauce perfectly complements the bacon!

My friend and I went to Tagaytay almost 2 weeks ago. Right after we came fron Sky Ranch, we decided to have our dinner in Shakeys. Everything was perfect, while all of a sudden my friend accidently drop the entire pizza on the floor while he is getting the pitcher of ice. I admire what the Manager did during that time. She quickly pick up the pizza and ask for the flavor that we have ordered and they will have it replaced. Even we are somehow at fault of it, the entire team doesn't make us feel that we are at fault for the incident. Great food, great service and very proactive manager and team. Surely the supposed to be embarassing moment turns out to be a good one. We just too shy we fail to have the name of the manager, but Im sure their branch will be blessed because of her trait. Good Job ;)

Went here for dinner take out and there were many customers. We ordered shakey's special (best with thin crust), chicken and mojos (big parts although the parts we requested were not given), and chefs salad (big serving and fresh ingredients). They served really fast but i wish they are more efficient. 😘

Not my first time to dine yesterday but I will put that in the review since it's my latest experience with them. With my past experience with them, staffs are always friendly and accomodating even though they have many customers. The food was served hot (a bit). They told us to wait for 15 minutes for the food but it was served less than 15 minutes. Good experience with Shakeys as always. 👍

We went to Shakey's in Tagaytay to attend and celebrate the birthday of my friend's nephew.The set up of the place is like a normal Shakey's restaurant. Yes, it's the same with the other Shakey's.We had salad, meaty spaghetti, carbonara, of course fried chicken and lots of lots of pizza. The highlight of the event is the huge pizza with 4 flavors.Overall, we had fun and enjoy the pizza and other Shakey's favorite.#ilovetoeatph ❤️😃
