Samira is among the eating place of Anya Holiday resort. Had breakfast here. To begin with the purchase price was fair, although their lunch time and dinner may be more expensive. The breakfast was great. I experienced, egg benedict, loaf of bread and fruits for breakfast. The meal wasgenerous and assistance was great.

Had a menu comprising flavor of Chef Conzales creations. We started with 4 appetizers comprising Foie-gras and mango waffle, seafood sharp rice cracker, chorizo donut and bulalo taco. Refreshing Coconut Ceviche, Grilled Octopus Ali-oli, Pan-seard Salmon, Duck with Porchini and Truffled Risotto, Grilled usAngus tenderloin and Buko pie inside textures. The 6 training course meal was offered elegantly, each using its very own plate and accessories. Foods were fresh however in small volume for taste. Overall an excellent night time for experiencing this gastronomic treat. Though it has been pricey but who cares.

We'd the charcuterie panel, the chorizo with quail eggs on caramelized onions, poultry paella and their signature buko pie with latik ice lotion. Everything was amazing, specifically that pie. Servers may also be attentive and helpful.
