I want to talk about the rude habits of the personnel happened yesterday evening. My buddies and I visited Napa to get a mug of tea for the nightcap. We arrived bet 815-8:20 pm. I visited order my tea very first, was presented with a teapotwith my tea onto it and a glass while my friends appeared for a vacant desk and chairs to take a seat on. I acquired my tea so my close friends went to purchase their tea and compensated a complete around 1600+ for 5 teas (4 comforting and 1 chamomile) and 1 coffee. After that after a few years she told us never to thoughts her and we have to just continue to remain and sip our tea. Could it be our fault they made us await our tea for 20-30 mins to arrive? We covered our teas however they shortchanged us and provided us 4 in 1 tea. Worst experience ever. Usually do not dine in right here. Rude female personnel!!! They said the waiting around time will be 30mins but we obtained our orders after one hour. We also followed up our purchase 3x and the employees thought to us “nakikita nyo po ba kunggano kadami orders namin” while pointing with their receipts instead of stating sorry. Hindi din naman very ganda ng sights and the area itself is not worthwhile. overpriced + hindi masarap.
