TAGAYTAY FOODTRIP!!This place is a must visit for me. I was curious about their burger because they don't use meat. Taste wise, just like your typical burger joint. Other than their burger, I really recommend ordering their mushroom fries, addicting and "healthy".Place is simple, don't expect too much. Ample parking and they have a playground outside!

I like their mushroom fries! The chicken, chicken burger and spaghetti are all just right. The sundae is too sweet for me but the smoothie is so refreshing.

If you are just beginning your Vegan way of eating, this is THE place to start. Ordered set meal B4 (the meal with a “no meat” tag in the food headboard), a refreshing burger comboed with fries and iced tea. The place has one of the exquisite location along the Tagaytay-Nasugbu Hi-way.With ample parking slots and very flexible operating hours of 7am to 10pm, one can enjoy the variety of their meal sets from almost all-day breakfast, luncheon and rice meal sets and of course their well-renown mushroom burgers. Eating healthy in a green location always suits your trip here in Tagaytay. A must-go-to place ;) -DESK

My first time to have a Mushroom Burger (MB) delight was in 1997. It was one of a kind. It was a quaint burger joint that highlights its knowhow in mushroom cultivation- the star of their must-try burgers. It became one of Tagaytay's trademark destination- something that will not make your Tagaytay trip complete if yoy haven't dined at MB. Fast forward, if I am too lazy to cook, and couldn't think of anywhere to go to to for a quick fix, my subconscious mind always directs me to this place despite of the dissapointment of MB being commercialized, lackluster preparation, presentation, and bland flavor because, yoy gess what, of mushroom. Today, not only did the egg was served overcooked (as always), it also had bits of shells on it. A piece of advice in cooking perfectly boiled egg - 1. Boil the water; 2. Add the eggs (must be at room temperature, not from refrigerator) and boil them for 10-15 minutes, no more no less; 3. Remove the eggs from boiling water and immediately rinse it in a big basin of tap water to stop the cooking procees- this also makes the eggs easier to peel; 4. You will have a shiny smooth white egg with golden yellow (or orange, which is more nutritious) yolk (note: overcooked yolk is cancerous according to Nutritional Immunologist Dr. Jau Fei Chen). If food preparation, presentation, quantity, taste, and overall satisfaction is improved, this fast food (sad to say, from a quaint restaurant it was), will gain more than double its customers now. For now, most customers, I beleive, are first timers- trying to find out why MB "WAS" legendary. Now, it's nothing but a legend.P.S. The Milk Tea was "suntok sa buwan" to catch the milk tea hype. Open a can of grass jelly, then add cheap evaporated milk, then voila!- MB Milk Tea. I tried it to get an idea for a milk tea venture and I failed. At least you will not get addicted to their Milk Tea.Will I be back? Yes... but not anytime soon. Maybe after a year. Or after I heard MB has drastically improved. Also, I ate at MB to avoid adding to waste materials. But it is now served on paper cups (which is lined with plastic) instead of reusable plates. And the utensils' warmer isn't warm.

I give this restaurant 3 star because the taste and quality of their known mushroom burger have changed.Since i was a kid, I always go here for their Mushroom Burger Patty Sandwich. (100% pure ground Mushroom). But the years passes by, everything is change. I cannot buy any mushroom burger i eat before here. Now its only a mushroom burger fastfood chain with chicken and fries. :(
